The only brand new construction luxury condos called The Harbor in Madeira Beach only 1 block from the white soft sand and situated on the calm inter-coastal water. Our beaches have the most mesmerizing sunsets and crystal clear water with lots of activities to choose from including beach volleyball, spike ball and sand castle competitions. We have a heated pool and hot tub and many docks to fish off of or watch the sailboats go by. There's so many restaurants and bars within a 3-10 minute walk and most have live music as well. The Freedom Boat Club is a few minutes away and several marinas within a mile. We have parks, playgrounds, sports, mini golf and water fountains for kids and a free or cheap trolley that will take you everywhere along Gulf Blvd for tips only. We offer 10 percent off boat and tiki rentals right behind our building. The famous John's Pass is only 2 miles away with hundreds of shops, restaurants, boating, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching and so much more. We have a full beach storage closet with umbrellas, tents, chairs, cooler, beach toys, bikes, floats, beach games, water gun, sand pails, fishing pole and more. Full state of the art kitchen stocked with everything you need to whip up an omelette or create a homemade meal with your favorite wine. I also provide complimentary coffee and tea as well as a small snack tray upon arrival. The bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep as late as you want. You can be busy with all the action or just relax on the beach with a book, always your choice.

From the time we booked our stay, everything was perfect. Rhonda was very responsive, we had flight issues going down, and Rhonda was able to accommodate us extending our stay and paying for an additional night. All directions for using the items in the storage locker and the recommended places to go were very helpful. We felt very well taken care of and really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was, we could not move in and stay permanently! By far our favorite excursion was going to shell key island and collecting sand and enjoying a day there!

Amazing Rental and Location

We highly recommend for anyone to stay at Rhonda’s property! This condo had everything we needed and more! We had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, blankets, and cart to take to the beach. The location of this property was within walking distance to the beach. We didn’t even need a stroller for our 4 year old. The condo itself was so clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Rhonda was so easy to communicate with and was so accommodating! She checked in with us during our stay and was available anytime we needed her. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you, Rhonda!
