3 Palms Retreat offered by Beach Time Rentals

Our gulf-front property is composed of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a duplex with two 2-bedroom units, totaling 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our retreat will accommodate up to 16 guests.

The beachfront duplex is composed of two adjacent cottages providing over 2000 square feet of luxury space together. The main house provides 1500 sq ft.

Each unit in the gulf front duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living area and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the views.

The kitchen in each unit is equipped granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including smooth-top stove, a beautiful dining set, and every appliance and utensil we could think of. You will find everything you need to make a gourmet family meal or have a casual night in.

Each living room is spacious and features a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and views of the beach.

The bedrooms in each unit feature a King bed in the first bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Each primary bedroom has Ocean views. Totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great set up for a family arrangement. All bedrooms are furnished exquisitely, with fine linens and cozy bedding.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful home features a kitchen, dining area and living area. All bedrooms in this property feature a King bed. Enjoy pure luxury in this private home located in Indian Rocks Beach.

Our multi-family holiday resort has private access to a sensational beach and lots of space to spread out. Many of the families having reunions love being together, but like to have their own space and this property provides just that! Having enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

Unit 1 has laundry facilities.

Our resort is located within walking distance of excellent restaurants, boutique shopping and local entertainment!

Family Paradise

This property was good for a large family or group. It provided everybody with space for their own family, while staying all on the same property and enjoying the same amenities. The location was ideal. The bonfire pit right on the beach was an added bonus I would highly recommend.

Girls week 2024

What an awesome week we had- there are a couple of quirks that we had to overcome- washer and dryer in one unit in the bedroom, light switches in the main house bedrooms control each others lights, no dressers to put clothes in. The property was clean, decently stocked kitchens and amazing outdoor space (which is what you really want at the beach!!) Thank you for hosting us!!

The condos were great other than the main house air conditioning was unbearably hot ; the room temp was 86 in the daytime and 78 at night , it was very difficult for 3 couples to sleep ; the A/C unit desperately needs replacing ; the front 2 condos cooled normally ; we would love to rent again next year if the A/C gets fixed

Great Beach House for Family Vacation

Loved 3 Palms Retreat. Stayed there for a week with our 4 children and their families. Really enjoyed being right on the beach. We swam, watched spectacular sunsets from the deck, caught some waves, saw dolphins, found sand dollars and played in the sand. Used the gas grill and enjoyed many meals right on the large table on the back deck with perfect Gulf views. We were close enough to wave to adults on beach to hand off grandkids. Recommend walking over to French Bakery for treats, breads and breakfast. Also enjoyed walking to Beach Waves Grill. Definitely one of our favorite family vacations!! Hope to come back.

Great beachfront property

Very convenient and beautiful setting for us. Bathrooms are tiny (door doesn’t even open completely) and one didn’t have a sink. Showers are old. Outside table was very dirty (I’m sure from weather) but there were no cleaning products and no broom to sweep sand. Remedied very quickly the next day by management company dropping off both items (new brooms) the next day to all 3 units. Biggest disappointment was no beach chairs, nor umbrella. Not everyone is able to sit on the sand comfortably and in the sun. Plenty of sand toys for the kids. Overall was a great place for all of us to be together, but also private accommodations.

Was great location and view

Overall, was a very great experience. I was very unhappy that the location was not clean when we got there. There was no one there even cleaning and we got there. Only a half hour prior to our check-in time. Housekeeping was very cooperative and we were told that they were called off the job to go clean a different location. mini updates need done on the house and we were very unhappy to find out that there was not a washer and dryer in the main house where we were told there was. We had children and teenagers with us so I had to do a lot of laundry. But overall we love the house.

Idyllic beach house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 Palms Retreat last week as we celebrated our daughters beach wedding. The location of being so close to the beach and the relaxing deck to watch the sunsets were so appreciated with our young families. The tasty decor of the 3 units,cleanliness, and comfy beds were a real plus. Also the convenience of bakery and bar grille in next block were utilized and very yummy. A great set up for 3 individual families /groups.

Family vacation

Beautiful setting with easy access to the beach and shopping. Wonderful to have 3 refrigerators as we like to cook and eat in most of the time although the kitchens had only small and medium sized pots and pans. No TVs in any of bedrooms which we thought was unusual but ended up working out fine.

Great location - right on the beach. Very comfortable beds; however, furniture not quite suitable for the space; some pieces in very bad condition. No dresser cabinets in the bedroom for clothing. Kitchen did not have proper utensils for a family that cooks. We still had a wonderful time!

Very smooth process. Place was as described, perfect for large groups. Only negative is the interior gathering spaces are a little small, this is just a function of 3 smaller units vs one large space. Beach access is ideal and the property is a large compound with plenty of parking
