This unit is #4 of 6 (property is perfect for small family reunions, or friend-cations) with a large outside patio common area, perfect for relaxing and cooling off.

This first floor 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath is called the Dolphin, it features a Brand new super comfortable QUEEN BED, large closet with Smart TV, large Living area with sofa and Smart TV, bathroom with tub/shower (with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels), beach towels and chairs, small kitchen table for 2, also 2 bar stools for kitchen counter dining or hanging out and a FULL KITCHEN! Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dinnerware, silverware and more!

Brand new Mini Splits (A/C) will keep your unit as ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want it to be!

The common area feels like you are in your own backyard brick patio with a large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating for each unit as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outside dining. An outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included in each unit. The common area has beach toys, coolers, and even beach wagons are available on a first come, first serve basis. Laundry facilities are also located in the common area.
Playpens and High chairs are available upon request.

The place was quaint, very clean, and had everything you need for a great vacation. The host was responsive and quick to help, which made the stay even better.A couple of things to note: there isn’t a TV in the bedroom, which was a bit confusing since the listing mentions two smart TVs. Also, the shower could really use a blind or covering, as silhouettes are visible from outside when someone walks by.Other than that, the location is excellent—very close to the beach and conveniently near everything you might need. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor improvements needed.

Check in information was not received most likely due to an issue with VRBO app. Thankfully, another renter put me in touch with owner and we got everything we needed. The rating is no reflection on unit just the snafu with the app. We loved everything about our stay, except for another renter's barking dog when unattended.
