IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #317 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a king size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Perfect Location to EVERYTHING!!!

Can’t say enough about our stay! Perfect location.. close to everything…food, beach, mini golf, ice cream, & nightlife, but still quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Definitely love my short stay wished it was longer. From the beginning everything was great the front desk personnel was amazing from weeks prior till the very end. The rooms are comfortable cozy and i love the decor just perfect . This was a right fit for our stay. Wish the pool was opened pass 10pm but that is just me . I will stay here agian for my next get away.

Clearwater GetAway Spring Break '22

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We were within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shops and the beach! We were gone most of the time and only in room to change and sleep. It was pretty quiet and the main office people were very friendly.

Great location!

You cannot beat the location for this Clearwater Beach stay! As far as cleanliness, I would say fair. The hallways were not the cleanest and cigarette smell was STRONG! For a nonsmoker, this stood out to me. The staff is beyond nice though. I would stay again.
