IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Located on the second floor, Unit #215 offers a shared balcony with personal seating for two and provides a view of the pool.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a king side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Pelican pointe was walking distance to the beach and a variety of bars/restaurants. It was so relaxing... everything we wanted!! The staff were kind and the room was clean and cozy. We will definitely be coming back!

Pelican Pointe is directly across the street from the beach and one of the most desired resorts in Clearwater Beach- Opal Sands Resort! Room was Exactly as advertised. Only issue is needs more light over kitchenette area, but perfect in all other aspects.

Pros- affordable and close to the beach. It was as clean as it could be. Friendly staff. Cons- smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you walk outside of your room. There was a sign stating they were turning into a non smoking property, so hopefully this won’t be an issue for future guests. Dated interior. My son was unable to take a bath due to the condition of the tub (stained/rusted). Our sheets were clean, but boxspring was in poor condition and stained.

Perfect Location and clean

The property was well taken care of and close to everything. The bed was super comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I. The pool was great and clean as well. I would highly recommend this property.
