Explore the bike paths of the area with our Beach Bikes or the Intracoastal by Kayak (both included in the rental) – you might even encounter a dolphin sneaking up on you. This bright and modern condo is located in a building with only 4 units and private covered under-building parking. The comfortable and bright living space is split over 2 levels. On the lower level, you will find the fully equipped, lofty living area and open kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you might need to feel right at home. There is also a powder room on the lower level for your convenience. On the upper level, the condo offers 2 master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Both bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets and comfy queen size beds, as well as small balconies with a view of the Intracoastal and a glimpse of the ocean.

Indian Rocks Beach is still a quaint little beach town with no high rise hotel or condo buildings. You will see the locals tending to their yard and there is less traffic than in the busy areas of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.
The beach right in front of our condo is pristine and never crowded. If you are seeking a relaxing vacation, Indian Rocks Beach is the ideal choice.
The condo is located 40 min from Tampa International Airport, 30 min from St. Pete / Clearwater International Airport, 20 min from Clearwater Beach, which was rated Best Beach in the United States by TripAdvisor, and 30 min from St. Pete Beach.

Among the nearby attractions you will find Splash Harbor Water Park (0.3 miles), Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf (6 miles), the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (8.5 miles), the Salvador Dali Museum (22 miles), Busch Gardens Theme Park (36 miles), historical Ybor City in Tampa and numerous Golf Courses. And that’s not even all – there is so much more to do and discover in the Clearwater/St. Pete Beach area.
One parking spot is available underneath the building and Indian Rocks Beach offers plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also, a Beach Trolley Bus runs frequently along Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away.
You can also use our beach bikes to explore the area. There are plenty of bike trails in the area, including one along Gulf Blvd.
