Corner balcony overlooking the beach on the first floor and plenty of space, you'll feel like you're sitting on the sand without all the sand and crowds! The Las Brisas complex is located in the heart of Madeira Beach, on one of the most pristine stretches of beach in the area. You will be in easy reach of some great restaurants and shopping, and plenty of great activities all around.

This updated condo is setup for extended stays or a quick family Florida Vacation. Great location!

We loved being right on the ocean. The view from our unit is outstanding. Loved leaving the door to the balcony in the bedroom ajar so we could hear the ocean. Plenty of storage, to have a dressing room and walk in closet was great. We enjoyed the local places to eat especially the one right across the street. Came in November and the weather was spectacular. Will never come in the summer again. Hated to go home.

The location is good and the property overall needs an upgrade but we had a good stay. The biggest issue was the EXTREMELY loud garbage truck that banged around every morning around 6:00 or 6:30.

On the beach. How ice breeze just feel like I’m getting too hot.

The kitchen seemed to have minimal accessories or things you would find in any kitchen. The lounging chair in the living room should be replaced. The beach towels were a nice touch, but nobody used them. The beach chairs were not for adult use. Overall, all went well.

Everything in condo was great. Loved the location. The only thing we didn’t like was the elevator never worked. We were thankful we were on the first floor. Only had to walk one flight of stairs.

We had a great trip. Everything was as described. The ocean view is amazing. Condo is large and plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the beach toys and other beach items were a plus. Condo is great location to the parking spot and easy walk to the pool and beach. Pool water was warm. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Incredible condo on the beach! 10/10

This condo was perfect for our family! We got in pretty late (11pm). The parking spot location was perfect for our Jeep Wagoneer. Plenty of space to get out and unload! The spot is right next to the staircase. With the condo being only 1 floor up this made it SO EASY and convenient. The elevator is only a little way down but we used the staircase mostly! It is only a few steps from the pool and beach! The pool was shaded most of the day but it was heated so the kids didn’t mind! Plenty of space inside for 4 adults and 2 kids! The only thing we would recommend is maybe more comfortable twin beds :/ or plan on only kids sleeping in them. They are pretty uncomfortable and squeaky for adults to sleep in. This condo is still a 10/10 from us!!

Right at the beach!

The condo and beach were fantastic. There were a lot of beach toys for kids. Unfortunately the weather was bad, so we couldn’t use the pool or go to the beach. There’s a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The house itself and the stairways are very old but we enjoyed the condo a lot. It was also great to have a washing machine and a dryer.

Beautiful Views

The condo was spacious for 6 adults. The beds are comfortable, large kitchen and tvs in every room. Parking is right by the stairs which is just outside of the unit making easy access to your car and the beach. Elevator for luggage. But the best part is the views and sounds of the ocean from the balcony! Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are a nice benefit. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back.

Mesmerizing Sunsets

Our stay at Las Brisas was wonderful. With silky soft sandy beaches, warm relaxing gentle waves. With nightly sunsets perfectly painted in the sky. Our spacious room just above the the silky sands gives way to perfect views of the beaches.

Wow what a View!

This was our first time staying at Madeira Beach and my first time booking through Vrbo- itrip. I was a little anxious about it all at first mostly because I was the one that was making the decision for us all. The booking was truly easy and I did email them with a question and they were very quick to respond. Great customer service! If you are wondering if this Unit is as beautiful as the pictures I can tell you that it most certainly is right down to those teal blue chairs on the balcony! We wanted to stay somewhere on the beach with ocean view and this place absolutely delivered! It has a gorgeous view and it IS right on the beach! This condo was very clean
 high marks for their cleaning staff Thank you so much!! We had five adult women in the condo with plenty of room to spare. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. You won’t be disappointed. The beach chair rental place is directly below this condo very convenient although the owners have beach chairs available for you to use during your stay. John’s Pass is not far maybe a ten minute walk if that, great shopping and restaurants there overlooking the water of a marina. We took several walks to local restaurants and pub’s and I felt very safe and secure. There is a trolley that runs throughout this area and a stop very close to this condo complex, however we did not need it. I look forward to coming back for another stay in this same Unit

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the location and proximity to the beach. The room was very clean and modern. We had all the amenities we needed. It is walking distance to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our family

The location of this property is great for our family. We love the ease of being able to go back and forth from the condo, beach, and pool. We buy groceries and never leave but they are restaurants near by. Overall, the condo is good. The furniture has seen better days but we are on the beach mostly so not a huge deal, plus I get it, it's a rental. The condo had everything that we needed. The management was great. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We appreciated not having to pack beach towels! Thank you, we look forward to staying again, soon!

Mixed Emotions

When you drive up to the condo complex, it looks a little dicey as the exterior decor doesn't make the place inviting, when we got to our unit the locking mechanism was dated and the door was stuck for you have to use your shoulder to get it open. Upon entering all the exterior goes to wash, as the inside unit changes all view of the place. The view of the gulf is priceless and being able to hear the waves while you sleep makes me want to move back to Florida again or at least get a condo! The decor is coastal and very inviting. The kids and wife had a blast and enjoyed every moment. Would recommend that you keep an open mind when you approach the unit as you can judge the book by its cover!
