Welcome to Bates Avenue House, a charming single-family home in Indian Rocks Beach! Enjoy complete privacy with the home all to yourself, including a large, fully fenced yard that's ideal for your well-behaved dogs (up to two are welcome!)

The open and airy interior features beautiful updates throughout, including lots of windows that let in natural light. The living room boasts a large, cozy couch and a big screen TV, while the adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for everyone.

The master bedroom is a spacious retreat, featuring a king-size bed, TV, and an attached updated bathroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom, located off of the living room area, includes a double bed and desk space, while the third bedroom offers two double beds and a TV.
