Bahia Vista 8-414 is a beautiful, completely renovated, modern, spacious, and vibrant 4th-floor condo located directly on the bay waters at Isla Del Sol. The unit features brand-new furniture, an updated kitchen, and baths! You will enjoy the beautiful wide-open water views from the living room balcony and the master bedroom balcony. You will enjoy waking up to this priceless view from your master bedroom king-size bed! Bahia Vista 8-414 has free Hi-Speed WIFI 2 flat-screen TVs. This unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably in a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin-size beds in the guest bedroom. It has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has an updated bathroom attached as well! Unit 410 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address and email address for the application.

Great Option on Isla del Sol
My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. This unit is clean, has modern updates, and is well appointed. We have stayed at numerous properties in the same complex and this is one of the nicer options. Book it and enjoy the views while having your morning coffee!

Location: Perfect for access to Beaches, downtown St Pete and Skyway Bridge.Value: Exceeded expectations.Condo: Fully stocked with everything we could’ve possible needed (and more). Clean and well appointed with Florida decor. Great layout for our needs (1 queen and 2 full mattresses). Great views front and back. Easy access to pool and intracoastal beach. Will definitely book this unit again.

We didn’t really get to enjoy the property because of our Vina Del Mar home flooding due to Hurricane Helene. We did LOVE the master bed! We will need to purchase new beds for our home now. We’re hoping the owner can tell us the type of bed and mattress pad they purchased so we can do the same.

The property was as expected. Condo was in great shape. Found a few things that they fixed right away. Pool was clean. Beach was quiet. Seaweed on the beach could have been cleaned up. Even with the bridge right next to the property, it was not very noisy. The area didnt offer much for teenagers without driving off property. Overall, a good experience.
