Mother Daughter Trip

Perfect location! Safe area for morning walks before heading to the beach- literally a 3 minute walk.. beach entrance is next door to Crabbys restaurant. Home was older, but overall clean and maintained for a no frills trip. Beach cart, umbrella, towels, toys were provided. Would stay again!

Family Vacay

Our stay was just wonderful! This home was perfect distance from everything. Since we were out of town we didn’t have our own transportation, but this home was perfect for us to walk to the beach, coffee shop, and restaurants. It was comfortable, the bed linen was nice and clean. The beach toys and chairs were the best part since we didn’t have anything to take to the beach. Our two night stay was just really nice and we will book this home in the future!

This was by far the best condo I’ve stayed in. It was the cutest setup and so close to the beach, but not close enough to where I heard the music from the restaurants on the beach. I have no complaints. Anything I needed help with I got response to asap, it was stocked enough for 4 people for the entire week so it was nice not to have to bring everything or go out and buy everything we needed for the week!

Beach Bliss? Take a Miss.

When we arrived, a guy was watching us from the next rental (unit 2). He opened the door a few times to look out and it seemed someone else was trying to look at us through the door also. It felt discomforting. We checked in - and the unit had a really weird odour. Almost like a mildew/mould smell. With some sort of urine smell. But covered up with air fresheners and multiple air freshener packs in every room. My wife sat on the couch several times while starting to unpack and we found her sweater smelled like urine. That’s likely where the unit smell was originating. We’ve washed the sweater since and it still smells like urine. The blinds in some of the rooms didn’t extend to the bottom of the window, and when trying to extend them, realized it was that way to cover up broken blinds at the bottom. The unit listed (since removed) a BBQ in the rear of the unit for usage. BBQ was rusted out and had no propane fuel source. The property was full of garbage and in disrepair. The rear of the unit had an unlocked door which we discovered after 15-20 minutes. Which could’ve posed a security concern late at night. We were in such a rush to get out of the situation that we packed the car and left as quick as possible. My regret is I didn’t take pictures. We checked in around 4:20pm and we were gone to stay somewhere else around 6pm. I reached out with our concerns and the property manager hasn’t responded since we told them we were leaving. Responses were very quick prior.
