Beach Front - John's Pass - Beach Place #210

Beach Place #210 - This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is right on the beach at John's Pass Village. This roomy vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, including updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances. A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day.

Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking available on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Both are spacious with adjoining bathrooms, offering plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. Free Wifi and two parking spots are also provided with this unit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying and print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Visitors enjoy the ideal location of this complex, just steps from the beach, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment. Just steps from the front door, this eclectic attraction is highly noticeable due to it's pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Great location across street from John’s pass where there is large selection of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and large with decent furniture. Beds comfortable nice balcony with view of beach and sunsets. Management very responsive. Lots of towels great to have washer and dryer in room along with ice maker. Could use a deep cleaning (faucets etc) but livable. Nice pool area although we only stayed on beach.

First, the view is fantastic. But
..there were ants in the kitchen, little tiny ones. The shower door in the master doesn’t close, (we used a bungee cord) and hasn’t been fixed in many months. The dryer needs to have the vent cleaned out before there’s a fire. Takes two to three hours to dry a load. The late night noise was horrible! I’m talking all night!we were very disappointed. Oh yes, the big burner on the front of stove doesn’t work. We won’t be back.

Overall we had an amazing time. The property needs some updates. The carpet is very old and needs cleaned. The dryer doesn't work well at all. But that is all minor. We had a great time, the location is awesome!

Family vacation

The location of the property was excellent. However I was disappointed after reading other reviews about the same problems that we had , hadn’t been fixed. Our dryer in our unit didn’t get a bit hot. The maintenance and told us the coils weren’t getting hot and it never was addressed again. Also , the cable box in the master bedroom didn’t work . For the price that I paid per night, I thought it should have been addressed and fixed. The unit needs carpet ripped up and the feather pillows thrown away. I am very allergic to feathers and the carpet holding sand wasn’t good on my allergies for sure . After I found the feathers we just stored the pillows in the closet. I will be sure to pay attention to the next one I reserve and ask about the flooring for sure. The location was very convenient .

Great Location

The condo is in a great location walking distance to almost everything. Check in process was easy and we even was able to get in early. Only downfalls are pool closes early so no night swimming, condo can use some upgrades pretty outdated and dryer doesn’t work. Otherwise it was great.

Great location across the street from John’s Pass a s next to the canal. Condo totally met our needs, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Madeira Beach is beautiful and clean and you can walk for miles.

Great location!!!

You can't beat this location! We had wonderful views of the Gulf right from our balcony and could watch the sunset. The pool was also great and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Check in/out was very smooth and quick. The condo had everything we needed, including washer and dryer (although dryer took forever to dry). We were just across the street from John's Pass which has all sorts of great shopping, eating and entertainment. We would definately come back!

This condo was perfect for our stay. I had my husband, and 4 adult children plus one for this vacation. The beach is perfect, and the location was wonderful. John's Pass is right across the street to rent jet skis, go deep see fishing, shopping, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space, great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Location was perfect. Only two small annoyances...it takes 3-4 cycles in the dryer to get your clothes dry. Also, the paint on the balcony is peeling so if you walk out there barefoot the paint will get stuck all over your feet. Neither are reasons for me to not want to come back. We had a great time!
