Here at Beach Place #501 we have a terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just across the street from John's Pass Village and steps from beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Guests love the remodeled kitchen, including granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, newer appliances and plenty of space. Stocked with all utensils, microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker and a standard coffee pot and more, you will find everything you need.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The living room provides comfortable seating, perfect for watching television, playing board games, or just relaxing. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, television and plenty of storage space. The guest room has 2 queen sized beds. Maximum occupancy is 4. Both bathrooms are meticulously clean and prepared for your arrival. Linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked for your visit. Free WIFI and
ONE parking place are also included. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

Great condo with an awesome view.
This condo has an amazing location- you can see St. John's pass/waterway and from the bedroom the gulf. It is a little noisy because you are close to the bridge (that is a draw bridge) and the road- but the view is awesome- you can watch the dolphins from the balcony.
