What a lovely spot to stay! The host was easy to work with and everything pictured was exactly as is. Great partial views of the water from both patios. We rented bikes from front desk and were able to ride the Trail to and from TD Stadium. Downtown was an easy walk. Definitely will return.

Easy check in & Great location

Easy to check in on property. Room was good and in walking or short driving distance to a variety of activities. Took a sunset cruise and it was awesome. Saw dolphins too, which was a bonus. Shopping, restaurants, micro brewers and plentiful and within a few short miles from the resorts. Spent 2 days over at Honeymoon Beach. It was awful and a must do. So clean. Everyone was so friendly in the Dunedin area. This was our first time to the area and we hope to be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend, the confidence that everything/place was practically walking distance was great!! Our hist Linda was very responsive when we reached out to her!😊 We would stay there again! The staff employed by the time share and at Marker 8 was amazing and they made sure our stay was great!

The unit is as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well appointed.Location to Dunedin was perfect for us, approximately a 20 min walk along the Pinellas trail. 30 minutes to the TD Ballpark.Beautiful Sunsets from here. Laundry facilities in the building is a bonus. Overall we were extremely satisfied and have no issue recommending this listing.

Just Okay

The property/grounds are tired looking, but we did visit about a month after hurricanes. Most of this unit is updated but the bathroom is not. The unit was clean but musty smelling. It could use a deep cleaning (couch, tile floors, baseboards). The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. There weren't any hangers in the closet so we purchased some. It was okay for the short time we were actually in the unit. Otherwise the musty smell would've been unbearable.

Great place

This place was very clean & I’m a neat freak. Location perfect, close to everything & cute town. Water pressure & hot water great. Our only let down was the the hot tub has been out of service since the hurricanes & this is something that should have been disclosed. We would definitely stay here again.
