February get away

The place was clean and has everything you need for a longer stay. It had beach supplies (chairs, towels, cooler ect ) which saved me from going out to purchase. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to the beaches, restaurants within walking distance, and shopping. Walmart, publix, CVS, Aldi ect within 4 miles so easy to pick up essentials that we had forgotten. The pool was great, it is a smaller pool but very comfortable, close but not too close to our unit and everyone we chatted with was nice and inviting. Any issues the owner was very receptive and quick to resolve our issues. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 10 nights at the Avalon condo. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and the condo was really nice and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and the short 10 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We plan to come back again!

It was great!!!

We had a great time. It worked well for us. There is not much of a view, but we were busy the whole time, so it didn’t matter. We enjoyed dinner on the porch, and the owner had beach towels and supplies there which were so helpful. There were also ice packs to use in the little soft sided cooler I brought. Everything is nice and clean. The owner was gracious when we broke something and told us how to replace it. Overall, it was a good location and easy to get to the beach, store, etc.

Spacious and clean. The owner was quick to respond to any quarries we had and resolve any problems. We were there for three months, and the pool was a great place to meet people. Just a short drive from Clearwater beach.
