Beautiful two bedroom condo in fabulous Madeira Norte. Walk a short distance along the beach and arrive at the boardwalk of John's Pass. That's where all the restaurants, shops and activities happening. The beach here is incredible, and the amenities at the resort provide everything you've been looking for.

This condo is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, with a full kitchen, private balcony, and washer/dryer.

Ideal location!

Location was outstanding! We loved the immediate beach access heated pool along with the patio view of John's Pass and hearing the daily live music from the Bamboo Bar. Great shopping, restaurants, bars and water activities all within minutes walking distance. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were used daily by our family of 4! We do wish it had been slightly cleaner but overall, a great stay. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great time. Wi-fi didn’t work but we were ok with that. Biggest problem was getting the key to get in and put it back at check out. Not user friendly. The guy that was cleaning the condo had to put it back for us and said that it is a problem.

Property was just as indicated. Right across from shopping and dining! Easily accessed by lighted crosswalks and bus pickups!! Enjoyed the pool area and beach! Very safe place. Hope to return in the future!

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we won’t go anywhere else. The beach is perfect. Not too crowded. John’s Pass is just across the street so everything is in walking distance. The condo is just as pictured. Super clean and comfortable with all of the amenities that you need. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Really great place

We loved this property. We stayed with a 2, 6, and 8 year old along with my wife and myself. The location really cannot be beat, there are lots of great shops directly across the street. The kids loved the surf shops and the candy/ice cream stores. There was a great arcade and great places to eat, all across the street. They played live music a lot which we also really enjoyed listening to right out on the patio. The room and grounds were very clean. Parking was very easy and accommodating. Check in was very simple. The kids loved the pool. Being able to walk right out to the beach was also a major plus. If you are debating booking this property, I would highly recommend it. We will be coming back in the future and staying here again.

We love Madeira Beach

We loved staying in this condo. Perfect location and great sleeping arrangements for our boys. I marked 4 stars for cleanliness because the slides were completely covered in hand prints. It looked like kids with lotion. Overall we were very satisfied and hope to be back 😀

My kind of vacation!

We visit Madeira Beach a couple of times a year. Though we have stayed next door to this condo, this was our first time here. I will absolutely be coming back! It was THE perfect location for the beach and our favorite - John's Pass. We did have a rental car to get groceries and go exploring, but there is so much to do within walking distance if you do not have a car with you. This condo was spotless. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. There is a washer and dryer if you need that also (which I always do :)). I felt safe here. The other residents and visitors were all so nice and respectful. I needed to communicate with the owners a few times and they responded in a timely manner and helped whenever they could. The only downside was, there are normally little things left behind like salt and pepper, coffee filters (sometimes coffee); the little things that you don't want to buy at the store since you won't use all of it anyway. But the cleaning crew (I'm assuming) is told to clean everything out. No biggie. All in all - a wonderful place to stay. Can not wait to come back!

Great location

Our stay was great. Weather was perfect. Location was great as it was directly across from the boardwalk. Had some issues with the key to get to on the elevator, but we were able to finally make it work. Also, due to storms, one of the elevators went out, so we had to use the other one. It also went out from over use, but they were able to fix it quickly. We also had an issue with the drain in the shower that was clogged, but they sent a maintenance person over within a few hours. Even though they could not fix it, a plumber was there very quickly and they fixed it and all was great! I wish I could get someone to respond to issues in my home that quickly :).... I would definitely recommend this place.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and clean the only constructive criticism I have is that there is a closet outside on the patio that we were unaware of it was full of beach stuff and chairs the people have left before us we went out and purchased almost $200 worth of beach chairs umbrellas and everything for the beach it would’ve been nice to know that the closet was there it’s kind of hidden and there were chairs in front of it so you wouldn’t even know that it was there we discovered a closet the second to last day or a vacation other than that everything was great

Had a great trip. The construction was definitely noisy during the day but wrapped up early and we knew that was going to be happening when we booked. Location is great across from John’s pass, we liked this unit facing the street so you can listen to the live music from the balcony. Unit was suitable for what we needed with 2 adults and a 2 and 4 year old.

Cute condo right on the beach and directly across from Johns Pass. We had a small issue with the key but the property manager was very responsive and stayed on the phone until we got in. Everyone was so nice. Pool was great. The with they are going on the building has made it a great spot.

Worst VRBO Stay

Checking in was extremely hard. Our labeled parking spot wasn't visible due to the construction that was happening during our stay. The parking spots are in a random order so we drove around for an hour looking for our spot. We were never warned that construction was occurring during our stay. After having a stressful time getting into our place, we find out that our balcony doors are taped shut. The floor of the balcony is rough and we find out this is where the construction is occurring. For two full days we listened to a jack hammer removing the flooring on the different balconies including our own. We have an infant that takes a lot of naps and it was impossible to sleep with the noise and the shaking. We had a really hard time getting answers from the management company. Finally, we asked if we could get our money back for the remainder of the trip. Thankfully we did and we stayed somewhere else for the remaining five days. However, we did pay full price for two days even though we couldn't use our balcony and there was jack hammer noise from 8am-5pm. Horrible Experience.

Great location and room layout

We enjoyed our time. The location is great. The circular layout of the room was great for the kids. The bathroom was a little dirty and the tub was stopped up with hair which turned me off, but they were quick to respond. The pool was a little small given that there was a red tide and no one was going to the beach, but we made it work. Keyless entry to the room was nice, but would prefer a keyless entry to elevator and pool to match. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
