This is an older hotel but kept super clean and the location and charm make us for the age! We sat on bay side and watched dolphins swim just feet away! I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was a great place to stay and in walking distance of multiple dining choices and plenty of shops. There was a park with a playground in walking distance for any travelers with children (which we did). The staff was very friendly, and the entire property was kept really clean.

The location for access to downtown Dunedin is unmatched. The pool was nice, and surprisingly heated which you don’t always find at a Florida hotel pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The only negative is the layout. Although they have a side of the hotel right on the water, the rooms don’t have windows or balconies facing that direction. Definitely a weird architectural choice.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in was rude and unfriendly. The elevator did not work and nobody informed us before hand. The restaurant and tiki bar were both closed for revocations and again we were not informed before hand. The pool was beautiful but the area around the pool was FILLED with bugs.
