Guest Access:

This property includes two separate homes on the lot. This listing is exclusively for Unit B, which is the two-story home with the driveway. The single-story home located at the front of the property is Unit A and is not included in this booking.



Both units are completely private with no shared spaces. The patio area shown in the photos is exclusively for Unit B guests.



Guests enjoy full, private access to Unit B, along with exclusive use of its fully fenced patio, and all its amenities. The garage is locked for owner storage and is not available for guest use.



Free driveway parking is available in front of the home. Additional free street parking is available.

Set on a quiet, residential street with friendly neighbors, this spot sits right next to the Pinellas Trail—perfect for morning rides on the cruiser bikes. You’re ~7 min to St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island Beach and ~17 min to Downtown. Expect a peaceful vibe overall. Convenient driveway parking is easy, and the area’s lined with walkable blocks and palms—classic St. Pete.



Getting Around:

We’re a quick drive to Treasure Island & St. Pete Beach, and steps from the Pinellas Trail—take the cruiser bikes for a easy ride to coffee, parks, and waterfront spots. Downtown St. Pete’s museums and restaurants are close by.



Bikes: Hop on the Pinellas Trail right next to the house—paved routes to parks, cafes, and downtown corridors. 2 cruiser bikes included (pump in shed).



Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are fast and plentiful here.



Transit: PSTA routes run nearby, with the SunRunner BRT along 1st Ave N/1st Ave S linking Downtown, Grand Central, and St. Pete Beach.



Driving: Quick access to main arteries/I-275: ~17 min Downtown, ~7min St. Pete Beach, ~25–40 min to PIE/TPA.

Pets are welcome! Please be sure to include them in your booking. A standard pet fee may apply.



Bikes: Bikes are available for guest use at your own discretion. For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet (helmets not provided).



Fire Table and BBQ: Please supervise children and turn off propane after use.



Quiet hours: 10pm–8am out of respect for neighbors.



No parties or events.



Stays over 30 days require an executed rental agreement.



Stair Disclosure: By booking, you acknowledge that both bedrooms are accessed via a steep staircase and agree to use the handrail, supervise children, and avoid carrying oversized items alone. If anyone in your group has mobility or balance concerns, please consider whether this layout is suitable before booking.

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS

- The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night prior to your arrival. If availability allows, we’re happy to check for early access within 24 hours of check-in. Please note that early check-in may not be possible if we have same-day departures or scheduled maintenance.



LATE CHECKOUT

- To allow our team time to prepare the home for incoming guests, late checkout isn’t available. If you have a later flight or departure, booking an additional night allows you to enjoy the space at your own pace.



LUGGAGE DROP OFF

- Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.



Q: Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?

A: No. For everyone’s safety, third-party bookings aren’t permitted. The guest staying at the property must complete the reservation themselves.
