Lovely, Bright, Clean & Quiet apartment for 4 people near Clearwater Beach. Private entrance, free parking on premises, fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom with walk in shower, beautiful hardwood floors, large windows that bring in the sun.

3 miles drive to Clearwater Beach
20 min drive to Indian Rock Beach
4-5 min walk to Crest Lake park featuring lakeside trails, playgrounds, plus a 3-acre dog park.

Laundry is shared with other guests

Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with full size kitchen, spacious bathroom with standing shower, 4 seats dinning table, free washer/dryer, WIFI, smart TV, and all the amenities to make it feel like home.

The apartment entrance is located in front of the house. The shared washer/dryer located on east side of the apartment. Spacious unit for 4 people with very comfortable queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

We have security cameras - located outside on all entrances. It is motion activated and will record whenever someone approaches . They will be on during your stay.
