Welcome to our newly remodeled 2BR/2BA home, just a short stroll from the heart of downtown Dunedin. We’re longtime locals who live nearby, and we love sharing this special town with guests. Whether you’re here for the beaches, the breweries, or just a relaxing getaway, our place is set up to make you feel right at home.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4. We’ve made sure you’ll have everything from a coffee maker to wine glasses.

Bedroom 1: King bed + smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + closet & accent chair.

Bathrooms: Two full baths (one with tub/shower combo, one with soaking tub).

Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer.

Outdoor Patio: A spot to sip your morning coffee or evening wine.

Parking: Tandem parking right alongside the unit.

This cottage is part of a charming two-residence building, offering the comfort of a private home with the option to book both sides together for larger groups. Each unit has its own entrance, parking, and amenities, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together.

And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests — perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.

Guest Access
🚪 Guests have full access to Unit 1, including the private patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and 2 secured parking spaces.
Check-in is easy with a smart lock code provided before arrival. There is also a nice open shared courtyard space w bike rack.

💬 We’re a husband-and-wife team who live nearby. We’ll give you privacy, but we’re always close if you need recommendations or run into anything during your stay. We love Dunedin and are happy to share our favorite local spots.

*Our property sits along a main road, which makes it great for access to all Dunedin and Clearwater have to offer.

*Traveling with a larger group? In addition to this unit, you can rent the other side of the duplex (sleeps 5) and even a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.

*Construction* From December into June/July, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring property; although as of this update in Feburary the project is starting to wind down and focus more on interior work, its still an active construction site... Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Parking: Tandem parking is available on-site. Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. 🚗

Smoking: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the units. Smoking is permitted on the private patio and in the shared courtyard, as long as it’s done respectfully and without disturbing other tenants.
