Create your Florida memories in 3-bedroom BEACHFRONT luxury. Enjoy Florida’s legendary white sand beaches just steps away and relax in the evenings in an ocean-view hot tub. This 1300 sqft. corner unit condo is perched on the 2nd floor with 2 private balconies to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The large fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and newer appliances. The condo is centrally located in Indian Shores near restaurants and shops and on the narrowest part of the island between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The condo is professionally decorated and equipped with everything you need for a fun and carefree vacation. Owner does private Fishing, Dolphin and sunset tours.

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.
Saturday through Saturday rental

Excellent-only slightly negative was the 3rd bedroom was a bit claustrophobic, but the mattress was good. All in good shape and tastefully done. And the balcony! If I’d been unable to get to the beach, the balcony views would have sufficed! Everything was well equipped-silverware, condiments, linens etc. I’ll book this unit again as soon as possible. If not for 2 big graduations it would be in May!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Spacious, beautifully decorated, fully appointed kitchen (everything you could imagine was available for meal preparation), extremely clean, super responsive property manager and the perfect location. Highly recommend this property. Already planning our next stay.

Spent a week at this amazing condo. Have never stayed in such a well appointed property. High chair, pack and play and stroller available as well as multiple beach chairs, sand toys, etc. the property was spotless and check in was super easy. Assigned parking spot in garage was great and plenty of space available outside for second vehicle. Beach access is fantastic and easily accessible, super short walk which was added bonus with small Children. Great communication and very clear check in instructions and welcome packet provided ahead of time. Already planning a return trip.

Beautiful and fun place to stay!

The beach and pool were clean and within a minute walk. The property was well-kept and it was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 young kids. The host made us feel at ease by providing lots of information about the property and surrounding area. They were quick to respond to our questions, and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful location

The property was in prime location for the beach with beautiful sunsets. The owner was extremely accommodating and since this was my first trip to Florida we didn't know location of restaurants and activities and he gave me lists for both with recommendations to their favorites.

Good location. Well appointed condo. Good WiFi and tv options. Tight parking under building for large vehicles but always plenty of parking in the outside lot. Chair/umbrella rentals available on the beach from independent vendor. We left all our beach gear in the back of truck in the under building parking with no problems. Lots of perks with this one.

Family Vacation 2022 with Kids and Grandkids

Excellent property! It was immaculate, with a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, inviting views of gulf and poolside, an just a few steps away from both! Location was prime, easy access to restaurants, shopping and activities, and groceries. Grills available for grilling and eating in, which worked so well, as we had a newborn and young toddlers. Best vaca ever, and I highly recommend this property for friends groups, as well as families!

Excellent!

We had a great time! My fam of five (me and hubs, two teens, one tween) really enjoyed the location of the condo. It was overlooking beach and also had a patio overlooking pool, so very accessible if one of them wanted to do something different, we could keep an eye out. Went during July 4th week, so a perfect spot to sit on patio and watch fireworks without having to go down to the actual beach. Security was high to keep anyone not staying there off the propriety, which was appreciated since the pier next to the condo seemed to be the mtg spot for the local teen scene during a holiday week. Tom was very timely in his response to anything that came up. Just a few minor things-pest control guy showing up unannounced and broken blender so no icy drinks. Those things happen, and Tom was in top of it, so not a big deal. The third bedroom was a tight fit with the bed and trundle underneath. When trundle is pulled out, there is no room for anything else, just. Small strip to walk. Again, not a huge deal bc we stuck the teens in there lol, but wasn’t exactly how I had pictured from the pics lol. I will say, very comfy mattresses all around! No complaints from any of us on that (which believe me, is rare đŸ€Ł). Had washer and dryer-that was awesome and totally saved us from having to pack too much. Would def stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. It could have been cleaner but I have stayed at worse. The 3rd bedroom is okay but not good for adults. The laundry area is not very user friendly being inside the 3rd room. Having the beach right there was awesome. The pool was nice also.

Amazing vacation!

What a gorgeous week at a gorgeous condo on the Gulf! We stay in this area every year and this condo, by far, was our favorite. Beautiful inside with all of the amenities. Owner was responsive, helpful and accommodated our dates (Wednesday to Wednesday). We’ll be back to this place again!

Indian shores condo

Probably the best overall vacation we’ve had as a family. We’ve gone to Clearwater in the past but it just got to be way to overcrowded so we decided to try a less touristy area. This place had everything we wanted. The condo is absolutely perfect with the best views of the ocean/beach and we could see the kids at the pool from within the condo which was great. Beach was fantastic and very private with plenty of room to do whatever you want. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We will be going back for sure.

Excellent condo property with easy beach/pool access

We have stayed in a variety of vacation rental condos in this area for years. Specifically, we have stayed at Beach Cottages multiple times. This is, by far, one of the nicest and well apportioned properties. I enjoyed the luxury of being able to walk out to the pool or beach so easily. In addition, the parking spot was very close to the entrance stairway up to the condo. My family had a wonderful vacation here and plan to come back.
