You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Open floor plan offers plenty of room for up to six guests. Large kitchen offers breakfast bar, newer appliances and lots of counterspace. The living room has comfortable furnishings, large flat screened television, with direct access to the 2 private balconies. Here you will discover views that go on forever! Enjoy your morning coffee and close out the day taking in the fabulous Florida sunsets from this prime vantage point. Both bedrooms are roomy and each have two queen beds and plenty of dresser drawer space! Of course, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms prepared for your arrival. This home will be fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI is also included.

Coin laundry is on the property. The condo doesn't have a washing machine or clothes dryer.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The white sandy beaches are all just steps away as are the refreshing heated pool, BBQ facilities, hot tub and tiki hut picnic tables.

John's Pass Village, a popular attraction for every member of the family, is just a mile down the road. At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. The door to the balcony off the master bdrm had mold on the inside of the door. I cleaned it off with clorox wipes. The kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards. Beautiful view and pool area but could be cleaner.

Beachfront Condo

The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit itself had many issues. When we arrived Saturday at 4, the first thing we noticed was that the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the unit and we immediately called SunHost. To make a long story short, we spent several days of back and forth on the phone with SunHost trying to get the issue resolved. We didn't have proper AC until Wednesday evening. On Tuesday we received some portable units that were so loud we couldn't have them on while we were trying to sleep. The whole issue was stressful and inconvenient having workers in and out of the unit while we were there. It would have been nice if we could have received a partial refund for our troubles. Another issue was the beds. All four beds had very old mattresses that were extremely uncomfortable. My husband spent most nights on the couch. The pillows and sheets were also horrible. It was very hard to get any sleep on a bad mattress with no AC. It would have been nice to be able to keep the balcony door open, but there wasn't a screen. The water pressure was very poor, but it was a little better in the smaller bathroom, so we used that one even though there was mold in the grout. I could go on with smaller issues, but in general we were not happy, especially since we stayed here two years ago (another unit) and had a great experience.

Madeira Beach

The condo was perfect! The living room was big had room for everyone, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice size( water pressure was not that good) but still did the job. Beds were very comfortable but the best was the Hugh patio doors to a very nice size balcony that we used all the time. Had the best view ever. It Had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely stay here next time we come to the area. What a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing too.

When we arrived at resort, code for room did not work. Called the after hours number. Did not get a call back for 1 hour. Person on the apparently programmed the lock. Tried same code and it now worked. Room was not clean and extremely minimal supplies. One small soap in each bathroom, nothing for showers. 2 packs for diswaher.

Good location & view, In need of updating

The view from this condo and the location are great. However, the mattresses are like sleeping directly on the springs. Same for the couch and love seat. There is literally no cushioning left on either. If the management can replace both the mattresses and couches, then this would be a great condo. The only other issue was that there is no air conditioning coming into the bedrooms. If you can leave the doors open it is not too bad, but if you shut the doors, plan to be very hot.

Sea Breeze Unit 308

Unit was spacious, and clean. However, bed mattresses in master bedroom definitelt need replacement. Also couch and love seat in living room were quite soft and saggy. I realize there were a lot if oeople there because of the relaxation of covid restrictions, however, it seemed alot of guests invited alot of family and friends to visit, and monopolized the pool and spa area all week. then would load up their cars and go home at the end of the day. This happened several times during the week, preventing regular guests to use the facilities. We have stayed at Sea Breeze several times, and haven't experienced this to that degree. Other than furniture updates needed, condo was nice and roomy, plenty of room for 4 adults.

Great Location!

The property was nice and well maintained. The location was very convenient to shopping and good local restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful Christmas there with our family. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped. It was also very spacious. However, the beds were sub standard with worn out mattresses. It was also disappointing not having a washer and dryer in the unit. Those two things would prevent us from going back to that specific unit.

Very nice and spacious. Kitchen layout was a bit awkward for actually fixing a meal, but appliances were clean and new. Living room furniture (especially couch) was worn and sagging. Everything else was great.

Winter getaway

We loved the location and size of this condo. Had a couple of issues that management took care of immediately (including new refrigerator). Biggest problem is lack of furniture in the living room - couch is old and uncomfortable and there is not enough seating. Property needs updating but was very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants!

Amazing location

2 families stayed at this location in August. The view from the balcony in the morning and during the sunset was amazing! The walk to beach took only minutes and the pool was clean and refreshing. The condo was well maintained and the property managers were quick to answer any and all questions. We were a quick drive from John's Pass and any stores were within a 10 minute drive. We are already to come back in 2 years!!

Fantastic!

I felt that the unit was very clean and VERY spacious! The beds were very comfortable and even the bathrooms or spacious. I would absolutely rent this unit again and recommend it to others. I love how warm the pool and hot tub were. I love that the grills were so close to the pool, you could cook and keep an eye out on the kids. Very family oriented location and huge beach! Thank you!!

Dont stay in this condo

Love the building location. The property management company was pleasant to work with and I will use them again. The condo itself is in need of updates, repairs and replacements. I have left a list of issues with property management. I would NEVER stay in this condo again.....unless they make some drastic changes. Also, gas grills had caution tape around them so we were not able to use them. Also, the pool was closed for 2 days because someone took a crap in it. They should not allow babies in the pool with diapers.

A nice getaway for my daughters birthday

The mattresses in both bedroom need to be replaced as well as the chairs in the dining room. They were broken. Patio furniture needs to be replaced as 4 of 8 were broken. Overall it was clean and very bright. I will come again. No problem getting the keys or turning them back in. One more thing. It has the slowest elevator in the world.
