Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Classic Florida Beach Family Vacation

Clean, easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful Kitchen and equipped with everything we needed. perfect sunset viewing and dolphin watching. There was an umbrella and chairs that we used and were very thankful to have them. We had a few minor issues with bed squeaking and the coin dryer but was handled quickly. If you want a relaxing, quite beach/poolside easy access this is your place. Highly recommend this for families. only wish we had was washer dryer in the unit. Spent more money on laundry and had to find quarters.

Great property for a family vacation

I stayed for a week with my mother and 2 sons. The property was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The location to the beach and pool were a perfect fit since my mother is 83 years old. There are also cute restaurants all over the strip so you don't have to drive far. Resort Rentals was very quick to respond to my questions and requests. It's got a family vibe so would definitely recommend for families of all ages.

Beautiful condo, lots of room, and awesome balcony, we spent ALOT of time out there. Condo had everything we needed. I'd suggest a few beach chairs in the maid's closet to use on beach. Otherwise, no complaints, we didn't want to leave!

Great location everything is close by Beach is beautiful and steps away from the pool area. Condo really needs a deep clean like tables and headboards and dressers need to be wiped and cleaned also a few too many "PALMETTO BUGS". For my liking . Did rewash dishes and silverware along with the trays they are in as well as glasses and pans before using .

Great location ..views beautiful ..however condo a bit dated and carpets & furntiture could do with replacing. The pool and beach area had a very strong smell of Weed

Renovation needed

The condo needs renovation. The great room, dining area and master carpet is full of stains and looks dirty. The furniture is dated. The kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts have areas where the finish is worn off from use. The kitchen counter tops are worn and need replacement. There is a constant wind whistling noise around the main door and should be repaired. The views from the balcony are great and I give them a 5.0 The condition of the condo I would give a 3.5.

The good - pool area, beach, location of property The bad - condo is super run down. The carpeted areas are ridiculously stained and beat up as well as the state of the kitchen. It's a shame because with probably minimal investment into things it would be a nice little rental. We love the bellaire/Indian rocks/Redington area and will be back, but not to this property.

Pros: Great oceanfront location!!! Beautiful views!!! Good size heated pool. Located next to the beach. Nice size condo that has updated baths. Big balcony perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. Cons: OLD, STAINED AND DIRTY CARPET!!! Weak or no internet connection (in this day and age it is vital for many, who work remotely or do E-learning), cable tv was out most the time(not as important to most, but worth mentioning), kitchen not equipped well enough compared to other condo at the same property. King size bed would be nice in Master bedroom. Keep in mind that there is no laundry in unit, so have some quarters handy ;)

Beautiful location

The location was absolutely perfect for us with 4 adults, a 2.5yo, and a 2m old. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was really nice as well. It’s a nice, quiet area (at least it was when we went). The condo was a little outdated but we didn’t mind one bit. We didn’t use the dishwasher because we had read reviews of it not working really well. The bathroom with a tub also needed a little fix with the shower but we never used it as a shower so that wasn’t a bother. There is no washer/dryer IN the condo but there are washers/dryers on every even floor in the building. Just bring some quarters if you’re going to use them. The next door neighbors who stay there most months are also lovely. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great Location - great price

This was our first visit to Redington Shores and we were very pleased with the area. Emerald Isle is located within walking distance of several good restaurants and is within 5-10 minutes of everything we needed. For our visit in April, nothing was crowded including the area around our building, the beach or the building itself. I'm not sure when the "busy" time is for this area but this wasn't it and we loved it. To check in we first went to the rental office which is located 10-15 minutes south. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our unit was ready an hour early. When we got to Emerald Isle, we found our parking spot to be just out from the front door which was perfect. There was a luggage cart available and the elevator was fast and big enough for the cart and the four of us. The building was well maintained and secure as we needed to use our key to get into the building, out to the pool, and out to the beach. It sounds like a hassle but once you get used to it, it is no big deal and it makes you feel more secure. The unit we stayed in was nice...roomy, and clean. We only used two of the three bedrooms but both had comfortable beds and working TVs. We did notice that there was not a working TV in the third bedroom but that didn't affect us. The bathrooms were nice as was the living room, dining area and balcony. The living room furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating available. The hot water was a little inconsistent in the master bathroom shower but the water pressure was amazing. The only reason that I didn't rate this unit a 5 is because of the kitchen. It really needs some attention as the cabinets, countertops, and dishwasher could all use replacing. That's really the only area in the unit that showed wear and tear. All that said, I searched around for months before I reserved this unit and for the price, I think it is a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Outdated and in need of TLC

Had to have carpets cleaned and one faucet replaced while staying here. Refrigerator was to have been replaced but was not. A bit outdated - furniture tattered and we covered the dining room chairs with the placements because they were so dirty and stained. The balcony furniture was cracked and we were scared to sit in them for we might fall through them. Would not recommend staying here unless there were some significant changes made.
