Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with cable channels over looking pool and new ceiling fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffee maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

The pool was a great place to make new friends and catch up with old friends that come back each year. The kitchen was well stocked for meal.prep.enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return next year. The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again.
