The new pool is now open, featuring a sun shelf! This tastefully decorated & fully equipped condo is walking distance to just about everything! Relax & enjoy Gulf views from private balcony, or have fun in the sun & partake in water activities. Madeira Beach has a wide array of activities, including the popular John's Pass Boardwalk, just a block away. Directly across the street is beach access, which you can quickly & safely access. This location is a must visit!

We are located on the 4th floor of the building, with elevator access and free parking for 1 car. Once you enter the elevator or stairs, you will head to the 4th floor and enter your condo from an interior hallway. You will gain access through the electronic door lock and enter into the fully equipped, brand new kitchen with granite and all the essentials for cooking. There is bar seating, as well as a dining table for 4 outside of the kitchen. In the living room there is a pullout queen sofa and 2 chairs, as well as a nice sized smart TV.
Off of the living room, you have sliders to your private balcony. Enter into the master bedroom where you can see the Gulf of Mexico out the window from your King size bed! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
In the hallway off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer, a guest bath with standup shower and the doorway to the small 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, a dresser and a mounted smart TV on the wall.

Guests have access to a pool and hot tub that is shared between guests of Madeira Bay Resort, as well as a gym which is in the building adjacent to ours. Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. If you want to rent a boat slip or do water activities, there are tons of rentals in the area!

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
