The rooms were not very clean. The pool and hot tub were dirty (I don’t think the chemical levels were checked very often). Basically the rooms were not clean, we got a “clean”towel that had a skid mark on it. The sink in the bathroom sink leaked, they came up to check it and said it was no big deal, put a bucket under it and would fix it when we checked out (I didn’t care as long as they knew we weren’t responsible for it). The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was extremely nice, though! We wouldn’t stay there again, but you live and learn.

Pool Chemicals are checked every day. The pool is cleaned every day. The pool deck is cleaned at least twice a day, occupancy permitting. When your sink started to leak, the day after you checked in, we asked if you wanted to move rooms. You said it would be ok for another day so we placed a bucket for the leak. When you find another hotel, please remember to communicate your concerns so that you can find your perfect hotel.
