We stayed in a different unit both summers of â21 and â22 and wish we had gone back to that same unit. When we walked in it was very stinky like stale cigarette smoke and mold and the supply 8 bath towels for 8 people was pathetic. Mgt sent plenty of extra towels and a maintenance guy replaced the BLACK air filter and left us with air freshener plug ins. The ice machine was filthy, so we cleaned it and then it stopped working. They sent a countertop unit that made 12 tiny cubes every 30 minutes. The kitchen cabinets needed a wipe down. There was a full broken glass in the dishwasher. The hall bath shower curtain had a large blue stain. The living room furniture looked old and soiled. The deck furniture was subpar with paper thin cushions and with the glass missing from the table - it was pretty useless. We really didn't appreciate only 4 dishwasher pods, 1 dishtowel, 1 dishcloth, 4 clothes washer pods, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, and 8 paper thin beach towels for our one week stay. We purchased what we needed to get through the week and left behind what we didnât use - hopefully the next guests get to use it. We cannot recommend this unit and we will be careful not to rent again from any unit managed by Florida Beach Rental.
