📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

🚹 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions, or transportation issues. Date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus rate differences.

Our stay was great! The pictures are spot on, what they advertise is what you get. Having access to the washing machine and dryer was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean.Being one of the corner properties, you have two nice areas to hang out if you choose. The living room balcony is great for catching the sunrise and in the evening listening to some music from the yachts below. The bedroom balcony allowed you to listen to music from the hotel restaurant. Neither were too loud. If you eat on the living room balcony in the morning, the sea gulls are well aware...haha but they are NOT a nuisance, just fun to watch them look at you when they fly by hoping for a treat. We went to the 7th floor rooftop one morning and it was a neat area to go hang out. We used the key that is attached to the laniard in the condo to unlock the door. You can rent the beach gear that is locked up on the balcony and there were 4-5 chairs in good shape. The CVS and the surf shop nearby had a ton of additional items if you needed. The general area is awesome. You can walk to just about anything. We ate at most of the local restaurants and you have to go to the ice cream shop and try one of them 150 flavors. Having the Trolly run every 30 minutes was great too if you wanted to go either direction or just to the

This was the absolute perfect location to stay for a family vacation to IRB! For families with children you have access to the waterpark (pool after hours) and the walk to the beach is super quick and without having to cross busy traffic. The condo is close to many amazing and family friendly eating options. We could have eaten at Jimmy Guana’s right next door the whole week for B/L/D quite honestly. Also walkable to CVS, gift/apparel shops, bakery, etc. 15-20 min drive to John’s Pass and Madeira Beach which are a must to check out. There is a cute IRB history museum right across the street that is something to do. The condo itself is amazing- cutely decorated, stocked with basics, a beach cart with chairs and toys (for small fee), towels, extra blankets, kitchen items. Great that laundry is in unit. Bonus is 2 balconies and 1 with beautiful view of intracostal so we watched dolphins every morning! Unit is very sound proof and beds are all very comfortable. Host was very responsive. The only 2 suggestions would be to make not large extended SUVs or trucks are not able to get out of parking garage (one level) without backing up if they follow directions to proceed to far elevators (direct to top floors). In fact, they should turn left toward the exit right away for easier parking and maneuvering. 2nd is it would be nice to have carts to help unload vehicles and transfer to elevators/unit. Other than that, highly recommend!

Everything about this beautiful end unit condo was perfect! We loved the incredible 7th floor views of the waterway, and gulf in the distance. We saw dolphins every day! We also enjoyed the waterpark view on the opposite side, and it gave us a chance to see if the pool was sunny or crowded. We loved that we were a super short walk to the beach and to great restaurants and beach shops. Highly recommend 10/10 and we’d love to return to this unit. Our host was wonderful, communicated very well, but we never had an issue with anything!

Family Relaxation

This property was perfect for relaxation and convenience. It was walking distance to the ice cream parlor, several restaurants. The beach was a 5 mi ute walk away and there was plenty of parking on the street as well as in on property. The unit was as pictured and the beds were all comfortable. The property management company provided excellent instructions and prompt service. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice clean condo in a great location!

We loved our stay here with our son and his grandparents! The condo was clean and as listed. It was conveniently located close to the beach. We spent every morning at the beach and every afternoon at the waterpark. The two balconies were amazing, with one overlooking the waterpark and the other overlooking the intracostal waterway. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer with grandkids

A short vacation with my daughter and grandkids We enjoyed the apartment , it was clean , it’s spacious and has a lovely large porch where dolphins pass by . Overall an enjoyable stay :)

This place is absolutely beautiful! Looks just like the listed photos! Cleanest place we have ever stayed in! We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and hearing the nightly music from the balcony as well! Deb, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any messages I sent her. We would definitely come back and stay at this unit!

Incredible spot

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate. Had everything we needed, and a beautiful view. The pictures did not do it enough justice. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone traveling to the area.

Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough how amazing this condo is. All the small details have been thought of and then some. The unit is very clean, well supplied with towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies plus beach equipment. The beach buggy is a must! It's worth the extra $. Loved watching the dolphins swim by throughout the day from the balcony. The beach is a short walk from the condo, about 5 minutes. There's a CVS 2 blocks away plus several restaurants and shops. No car needed. We will definitely come back.

Another great stay

This was our fourth time staying in this building and second time in this specific unit. We love the location and amenities and plan to return again soon. The unit is great but we noticed a few things that could be improved that weren’t issues when we were there a year ago. The blinds in the front bedroom were broken and let a ton of light in, it would be so nice to have curtains in that room. The door to the back patio didn’t latch without being locked, and the interior doors were annoyingly squeaky. The beach towels are small and worn out and several of the pillows could be replaced. Obviously none of these things ruined our stay by any means but they would be easy improvements to make the unit perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Wonderful property & lots of family fun!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location, plenty of room for a family of five and the Waterpark on the grounds was a big hit for our kids. Having two balconies was a great plus! All of the staff was very helpful, kind and provided great customer service! We have recommended this place to many coworkers and friends. We would definitely stay here again In the future!

Sisters trip

The property was beautiful and a special bonus was access to the water park next door. The decor was awesome and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were 2 areas of concern for me as not such a young person. The rugs kept tripping me up and there were no grab bars in the second bathroom shower. Everything else was perfect.

Condo is amazing and exactly as listed. Location at water park is awesome and very convenient. The decor of the condo is 2nd to none as well as the view from the balcony overlooking the water.

Amazing condo experience!

This newly renovated condo was perfect for our girls trip to celebrate my granddaughter's 13th birthday. The instructions were easy to understand and communication was quick. The condo esthetics were beautifully done with everything matching. We loved the waterpark, Rum Shack, Snack shack and the Holiday Inn restaurant, Jimmy's. The condo was in an excellent location as it was walking distance to multiple restaurants and just a couple of blocks to the beach. The Jolly Trolly was fun, inexpensive and easy to use. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins in the canal waterway. We spent a lot of evenings on the balcony, too, as it was very peaceful and a great place to relax. We even saw a manatee our last evening. I would highly recommend this unit. It really made our trip that much more enjoyable!
