Great location

Had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The pool and dock are great, as well as the beach equipment and wagon in garage. Only draw back was the upstairs master bedroom stays too warm.

Indian Shores

We love the location. It's a two minute walk to the beach. The house also has wagons, chairs, beach toys, and kayaks. You can access the Intracoastal to kayak. The area is quiet with minimal boat traffic. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend this property!

Great place near the beach!

Excellent place located basically across the street from public beach access. Very easily walkable to the beach with nice heated pool access. No great viee from the condo but we didn't care. Would 100% come back!

A wonderful Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome, so many wonderful restaurants we were able to walk to. Two great ice cream shops, wonderful people very clean house and great amenities. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and eating a wonderful fresh catch for dinner. Highly recommend this stay! So much to do and see in the area. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

Absolutely wonderful!

We (6) had a great stay at this location. We stayed a couple miles up the road a year or so ago and know the area well and we really enjoyed this property. Having a large garage loaded with beach supplies and the use of the 2 kayaks (which can be dropped in right behind the pool) really made our stay a lot of fun. Functional kitchen with decent pots/pans (usually not the case with rental properties). A little bit older of a property with creaky floors upstairs, and the ice machine in the fridge doesn't work but think thats the only "issue" I can think of.

This place was exactly what we expected! Close to the beach, nice clean warm pool, clean condo, great shower water pressure! All the water toys were great! Comfortable home with comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Indian Shores Spring Break

The property is as advertised. Quiet condo community between the intercostal and the gulf. Easy access to the beach at 198th street. Several restaurants in walking distance. We rented bikes so we could cover more ground. This is the place to stay if you want a quiet vacation away from the crowds. But, the crowds and other beaches are an easy drive from here. Would stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Good location

Great area to stay in Florida for families. It was nice to be on the intercostal and to view it from the pool area. The beach is across the street (short walk). The beach wagons were very convenient for hauling chairs, umbrella, etc. It was a quiet town home complex.

Super Clean not crowded beach

Place was extremely clean. .18 mile walk to beach and the beach had plenty of room and was not crowded. For teenagers, 16yo not much to do in walking distance the only perk the place didn’t have. But they still had fun. If looking for beach and pool. This place was perfect. Plenty of stuff to use for the beach, umbrellas,chairs and more. Quiet condo too which was nice

Great beach time stay

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room. We were able to access both the bay and ocean - using the kayaks with my kids on the bay and spending time with the whole family at the beach, about a five minute walk. Lulu's ice cream nearby was a great place to get ice cream to watch the sunset. Love the garage access to keep the car out of the sun, but would have liked an opener to use in the car. While it is probably not the owner's fault, there is low water pressure in the unit. Please only take the following as constructive criticism, and as you can tell, it did not affect our rating of our stay at the property. While we could see there are improvements being made to the property, it didn't justify to me nearly $400/night, when we have stayed at other properties in the Indian Rocks/Indian Shores area for much less ($200-$300/night). The probably new furniture in the living/dining area felt uncomfortable, inexpensive and will not last long with just normal wear and tear. Some (one) of us liked what was probably memory foam mattresses, but all I could think of as I was overheating from it was how many other people have had the same issue and how that can't be cleaned. Even with the very comfortable air conditioning, the surface and forming of the mattress around you creates (unwanted) heat. Thank you for providing access to your property. It helped us make unforgettable memories!

Perfect All Around!!

Our family stayed in this townhouse and loved everything! We went kayaking and saw manatee and dolphins right out the back door. The pool was close and nice for a quick dip. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the townhouse. We were there in late July during COVID, it was very quiet and everyone kept their distance from each other. The beach umbrella, chairs and sports equipment were perfect. Our favorite places to eat were Guppy's on the Beach, Crabby Bill's, Keegan's and SeaBreeze Island Grill in Redington Beach. There were so many other restaurants we wanted to try - next time. The townhouse was perfect size for our family of 4. Son loved the bunk beds. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Inside was updated/remodeled with everything you could need. We did grocery pick up the first day at Walmart and had plenty of food for the entire week. We will be staying here again for sure! **make sure to stop at Lulu's for ice cream - it was awesome!
