Beach Place #102 - Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Staying at 102 Beach Place means you have one of the most popular attractions directly across the street! I would not recommend Beach Place. We did not like the location. It was very noisy even late into the night. Trucks seem to like to pull into parking lot and rev their engines. We could hear people talking and singing outside as late as 3 AM. When we’d leave to go out of parking lot we’d always turn right, drive across bridge and make u turn because to turn left you’d have to cross 4 lanes and traffic was crazy! The condo itself was ok. However, only a small bottle of dish detergent and a very small bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms was the starter supply. There wasn’t even one roll of paper towels. This is the first rental we stayed in which didn’t supply any beach towels or beach chairs. When I called about the chairs and beach towels I was told just to buy some when we got there. We thought we were already paying enough. The pool opens at 9 so we’d have to be at gate by at least 10 min earlier in order to get a table for shade (only 5 available). So no relaxing over a late breakfast! People were lined up to get those tables. We knew there wasn’t washer /dryer in unit but there was only 1 washer/dryer on 1st floor. It worked for us but would rather stay where we have our own in our unit. We will not be staying there again.

It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.

Nice & clean condo.

Quick and easy checkin and out process. Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

We walked Johns Pass many times and it’s so easy to travel up and down Gulf Blvd and visit the other local areas too. We will surely be back again next year.

We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

Overall nice place to stay

Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.
