Newly REHABBED 2026 (new paint, new furniture, 75" TV, 40" ELECTRIC FIREPLACE) / 2 BR / 2.5 bath townhouse only a short walk to a beautiful quiet sand beach.
Sunroom overlooking our dock and canal. BEST seat in the house

Complex has a small private pool ..... heated to 82 degrees all winter long.

Our unit has a view of a canal off the intercostal waterway .. fish off our dock!!

Walking distance to world famous PJ's Oyster Bar, Crabby Bill's Seafood Restaurant,
a paddle board shop, bike rental shop, a sushi restaurant, a coffee bar, an ice cream shop and a CVS pharmacy

We are a block from the St Pete Trolley line running from Clearwater Beach to St Petersburg with stops at all the local pubs, restaurants and shops

Easy access to everything

A lovely townhouse/condo with plenty of space, great view and 3 bathrooms. We loved the proximity to the beach, spent some time in the sun by the pool and it was easy to do daytrips to Tampa, St. Pete's and Tarpon Springs. Would definitely stay again!

Best Vacation Ever

I have been coming to IRB for years and this was an awesome vacation. The hosts were just the best in communication from start to finish. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils for cooking to board games. It was great to sit at the dining room table and play monopoly for hours. Lots of laughs and great memories. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great for showers. So close to our favorite places to eat: Jake’s Cantina, Ice Cream, Crabby Bills, etc. We met some wonderful people in this small complex at the pool which was also an awesome area to relax. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the hosts. I would highly recommend this condo hands down and plan to return as it’s just the perfect place and a small walk to the beach. As my title says best vacation ever. Caught some fish off the boat dock as well so it was just an awesome vacation.

Wonderful vacation stay

Our family's yearly trip to the area was made even better by this property. We loved this spacious location. The entire placed was furnished to every expectation. Just a quick walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Rocks, area dining and nightlife. Such a quiet location made it very easy to relax. The owner Roddy was fabulous and super helpful. The pool was perfect as well...Love...Love...Love!!! We hope to return next year

Great location

We had a nice stay and the home was clean and well situated on a quiet street. It was nice to have a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We love going to Indian Rocks Beach because of the smaller crowds and quieter vibe. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything one needs. Finding things underneath the home where the storage is proved to be confusing and we would suggest clearer directions be given on the paper posted and some markings down below in the storage area. We did our best with the directions printed out and posted in the kitchen but it still was not clear when one is under the homes as nothing is labeled and it is a large open space with no locks. This caused a brief yet unpleasant interaction with a neighbor. There were also two hornet nests, one by the front door and one on the deck. We informed the owner because we did not see any bug spray and we were concerned one of the children could be stung. Fortunately nobody was stung but the nests were never removed. We had no issues with hot water as someone had mentioned. We were a group of six and we always had hot water for showers and baths. It has been updated upstairs and downstairs in a pretty beach theme that feels homey. It was overall a wonderful visit and a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Peaceful getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms and entire townhouse had every single thing you could possibly need including a pack & play for our baby! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, get ice cream, or even Mexican! Just 35 minutes from the airport and under that in any direction for some great food choices! Definitely a repeat vacation spot! Thank you for yours hospitality!

Charming Waterfront Townhouse

This is our family's second stay in this charming waterfront townhouse in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. It is on a quiet street, and the unit faces the intracoastal waterway. It's only a quick 1 block walk to the beach, and is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and drug stores. The two bedroom unit is delightfully furnished, and all that you need is provided. The owners are friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location! Property is STOCKED and perfect!

First of all I want to address the concern of the past review...they wrote that there wasn’t enough hot water for more than one shower. We didn’t have an issue with this at all! The water pressure is crazy intense, so we just flowed water at normal pressure and we could get 3 showers without an issue. This is the best place! Large amount of space for 4 plus people. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with jetted tub and also a small upper deck facing canal. The guest bedroom has the bathroom with shower. And then there is a half bath downstairs as well as the sunroom and pullout couch. As with any pullout couch, it isn’t the most comfortable, but perfect for kids or teenagers. This place is STOCKED! It basically has everything you need. The kitchen has EVERYTHING!! Don’t worry about bringing towels for beach or even any beach sand toys, frisbees etc. The beach cart is also there, works decent, and carries a lot. Hosts were both quick to respond and very helpful!! Neighborhood quiet and safe. Heated pool. Jake’s Mexican restaurant at end of block and tasty (as long as not too busy!). A few shops within walking distance (3-4 blocks) for souvenirs. The CVS (about 5 min walk) has the bus stop in front of it and busses come up and down every 30 minutes to get you to Clearwater beach and down to John’s pass. Free now during Covid. Would highly recommend! Hope to be back in the future!

Indian Rocks ROCKS!

Wonderful location between the beach and fun restaurants. Very clean and stocked. My only complaint would be the size of the water heater. Could only do 1 shower a morning.
