Escape to paradise in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Land's End. Enjoy the lovely updates throughout this condo, including a full stocked kitchen ready for you to create in! The master bedroom has a comfy King sized bed, along with balcony access and ensuite. The master bathroom boasts a brand-new walk-in shower, adding an extra touch of luxury to your beach retreat! The guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds for your groups comfort, and the bright living room area with beachfront balcony will be the perfect place to gather and unwind. Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. We loved the location of the property and have stayed at Land's End before. The condo was not very clean. Windows dirty, patio not clean, furniture nice but not clean glass tops we dirty, countertops needed to be clean before you could put anything on them, sand on the floors, mirrors not clean. It seems maybe a new cleaning crew need to go into the condo and scrub it down. Not happy at all with the cleanliness of the condo at all. Location wonderful.

We really had a wonderful time. The view was fabulous!

The property is really nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. The beds were comfortable. The screen door slides need some attention and I’m sure that will happen so that the screen doors are easier to open. I will be back!

Beautiful view

Nice 2 bedroom ocean front condo with a great view of the ocean. Nice community with easy beach access. This unit has had partial updates however a few more are needed such as the king mattress needs replaced, replace non working lamps and the blinds were falling apart and need replaced. These few issues did not hinder our vacation and we would stay here again.

Not a family friendly place AT ALL

Condo was clean, but it should have been seeing as we had to wait for an hour past our check in time (outside in the heat with groceries) for the condo to complete the cleaning. To be honest, when you have a check in of 3 pm, making your guests wait until 4 outside the condo unit is completely unacceptable, especially when there is a $200 fee for staying anytime past 10 AM on check out day. The blinds were broken on pretty much every one of the pulleys, and not really usable. There were rules that we have never experienced like not leaving the sliding doors open to listen to the ocean, and you can't have the air conditioner below 72 degrees. (We have stayed at condos for years and never had rules like this) Also, the only toys allowed in the pool for children are pool noodles. This really should be posted on your website. Had we known that you cannot play with any kind of toys (ie... soft nerf balls, pool balls that hold water, boogie boards for pool) in the pool, we would not have chosen this location for our family with a child. We weren't the only family with children staying during this week, and we weren't the only ones who were upset with the lack of stating the rules on VRBO. We felt very unwelcome at the pool by the regulars, which is sad because we are paying to be there just like they are. I wouldn't recommend this condo or Land's End in general to anyone who has children. It would be fine for honeymooners or couples who just want complete quiet.

Great location for a family

We enjoyed our trip to St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island very much and the location and facilities at Land End were GREAT!!! We would definitely come again. Here is our feedback..... Land's End - A wonderful facility with a lot to do in a great location with respectful guests and nice atmosphere -Gated entry & Friendly staff -Shuffleboard, volleyball, boardwalk, pool and beach....we used them all. -Under building parking - A LOT to do on the island and in surrounding area. -Beach was NOT crowded and had lots of shells Building 10 - Best building location on property (right next to the pool and club house, close to volleyball and shuffleboard) -Beautiful views - unit faces west = sunset/ocean views Unit 204 -Very nicely decorated and comfortable -Perfect size for our family of 4 (could accommodate 6, if children shared beds) - In unit laundry was a huge + -3 tvs, land line and wiFi -Kitchen stocked with basics -Bathrooms with towels - Beach Items - 2 folding chairs, 3 boogie boards (one set of paddles), small sand toys/buckets, umbrella (but no anchor for it), large rolling cooler - Game closet with puzzles and family games was really nice! FYI's for future guests .....these are NOT complaints...just simply things that might be helpful to know before you come...... You have to pick up your keys OFF SITE. We did not realize this and had to drive to get them after we arrived. About 10 minutes away. You also have to return them to that location, so plan extra time before heading to the airport. There are no beach towels....so bring some or u will need to buy them. Bathroom towels are white and not big enough for beach. A large beach blanket would be ideal. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Only 1 Tupperware/storage container and no ziploc bags- so if you plan to do some cooking and want to keep left overs, you may need to buy some. This would also be helpful for taking food to the beach. No water bottles or thermoses....again would be helpful for the beach/pool No hot pads to use with the oven....we used dish towels. Pool does NOT allow tubes or floaties. Only noodles and water wings for small children Ceiling was thin....if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs.....I could hear every time the people above us moved a chair or shut a door. Overall our family was VERY pleased with our staff. We all felt this was one of our favorite vacations and would definitely come back again. THANK YOU!!

Very nice Condo on the ocean

Nice condo. The location was great - we had breakfast every morning on the deck looking at and listening to the ocean. The condo is very well kept and user friendly, we would definitely stay there again. Only downside was the screen doors need be worked on or replaced as they are hard to open and the WiFi rarely worked
