Large fully renovated beach house - with RV/boat hook-up! 4 min from the beach

Enjoy a vacation full of outdoor living and play for the entire family! Your stay with us includes includes 4 cruiser bikes,4 scooters & beach equipment. RV & Boat parking is available (with hook-up!). The house is beautifully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is large in size with a king size bed, queen size bed and a bunk bed (3 twin). A pull-out couch is available in the master bedroom, plus 4 reclining chairs in the TV room sofas. Each room comes with dressers, hangers, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs in every room. You can watch movies, regular TV and sports channels on Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+ streaming services, and you can work remotely at our house using our High-Speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer is available. There is plenty of room to host big family meals with a large indoor and outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen comes with plenty of counter space, coffee bar (Keurig coffee maker and drip), fully loaded with dishes, utensils, and all cookware (i.e. pots and pans, knives, cutting board, etc.). All appliances are there, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. The outdoor kitchen includes a beautiful large island, refrigerator, sink and BBQ. The BBQ includes a grill, top iron grill and pizza ceramic plate for pizza night! Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. If you want to enjoy the great outdoors from the inside, there is an air-conditioned sunroom that includes 2 large comfortable chairs and a hanging chair. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood. 4 minute drive from Madeira Beach, close to John's Pass, Pinella's Trail, shops and restaurants. It's hard to be bored here.

We LOVED our stay at Alberto’s. It’s not only a beautiful place with an incredibly backyard, but he has everything you need for cooking, beaching, lounging, and tooling around town. The beds were comfy, towels were soft, amenities were incredibly, the place was spacious. I really can’t say anything bad about the place. It was so lovely. We will definitely try and stay there again when we come back to St. Pete!

Unforgettable days in paradise!!!

This home has all you need for a fantastic family vacation in gorgeous St Pete, FL!Alberto is an excellent host! Always responsive and caring.Their beds are super comfortable and the towels are of the best quality!The home is just minutes from the beach, close to shopping, and easy to access.The neighborhood is super quiet and very conducive to an unforgettable family time!We will definitively come back!

Great experience

We loved the property and got very fast reaponses to our questions. The backyard was particularly beautiful. So nice to sit out and enjoy. Whoever did the pavers is truly a craftsman. We loved everything the property offered!

Great House in Great Location!

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was just a few miles from the beach (good location) with a quiet neighborhood. One couple and a friend stayed. All the bedrooms have a TV which was a must for us as we watch TV to fall asleep. The shower pressure was good. The house was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
