Spacious two bedroom/two bathroom gulf front luxury condo with king bed in master, two twin beds in guest bedroom and is well equipped with everything you may need to have a fantastic stay. The condo sits on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and offers a private ocean view balcony off of the living area. This condo can sleep up to 6 guests very comfortably. You have a washer and dryer as well as a spacious fully equipped kitchen! Escape to your home away from home and relax in this newly renovated condo. Over 925 square feet with modern décor, newly furnished, centrally located in Treasure Island. Onsite staff to assist you with anything you might need to enjoy your stay.
Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area for you to use.

We stayed four nights and really enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony with a nice pool to jump into after coming in from the beach. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Spring break!!

A great stay on the beach! The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach just a short walk away. I enjoyed a great view of the ocean. We appreciated the extra beach toys, beach chair, boogie board and some games inside the condo. Easy checkin and checkout. Looking forward to coming back!!

Oceanfront condo

South Pacific condo was in a great location directly on the beach. We enjoyed our view of the ocean and the variety of table and chairs for all to enjoy on the balcony. We had a list of various needs on the first day of arrival. Within 1 hour the entire in-house staff was incredible and quick to remedy. All our needs were met. An amazing crew and response. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony but the final kiss of the sun to the horizon was blocked by foliage. We quickly learned to take a 2 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the final setting of the sun. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative for most of the stay due to the national cold snap but daily beach walks still happened and onsite ping pong table and shuffleboard entertained us. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

What a wonderful trip we had. The condo was as pictured and the listing advised of the construction next door. The noise was tolerable. Condo was clean and well stocked and in a great location. Short walk to the beach with the complex offering complimentary beach chairs and such. We had such a good time and would definitely stay again.

View & location are great!

The condo provided all essential items and the beach was clean with white sand and the sunsets were awesome. The only two things I think people may want to know is that the area is noisy so if you’re looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you (did not hinder sleep though!) and the condo did not provide anything extra like coolers, boogie boards, fun noodles, etc. I’ve had other VRBO’s that provided these items and it definitely made our vaca great. Overall, the condo was great for my family

Nice Stay Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay, large hotel or something going up next door so some noise but was not too bad. Deck overlooks the pool and is on second floor so not too private but was fine for us, happy that we stayed here and would again.

Do not book until hotel next door is done

The place itself and location is great. However, unless you want to hear extremely loud, condo-shaking cement posts being driven into the ground by a crane from 7:30 AM - 5 PM
do not stay here. We were traveling with a one year old and it was not possible for her to nap with the extremely excessive noise. Property manager claims they disclosed this before our arrival but we never got the email. So much for a relaxing vacation.

We had fun using this space for our girls trip. The only issue we really had was every day our key cards would quit working but we didn’t care too much because the problem was solved quickly. You’re pretty close to shops and food which is a plus.

nice condo

The condo was nice and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to get extra chairs from the front desk as well. The walk to the beach isn't bad and you can walk to many restaurants as well. The heated pool was great and we were usually the only ones there by the afternoon. The only downside was the construction next door - which we expected thanks to the description in the listing. We would definitely come back.

Great area, the apartment was very comfortable and everything was in good condition. The beach was awesome !! The only inconvenience was the mattress on the sofa bed was in very bad condition.

Walkable to food and activities

The Good: The location is walkable to food and activities. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied, beach towels provided. Soaps, Shampoos, Dishwashing liquid all supplied. Nice to have washer/dryer. Shuffleboard, ping pong, hammocks nice to have available. The Not so Great: unit could use updating and a deeper cleaning. Non leather furniture was dirty/stained. Corners of bathrooms were dirty and gross. Floors were filthy and we had to wash our feet before getting in bed each night as they were black with dirt! The balcony would have been more enjoyable had there not been a loud generator type noise right next to it for the pool or air. Was not peaceful to be out there with that loud noise. The chairs at the pool were all taken by 9am each day, so get out early if you want to enjoy the pool. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for, for the price that I paid. Have stayed in other nearby locations for much less with newer/cleaner accommodations.

GREAT Location in the heart of treasure island minutes from john’s pass condo was super clean great view of beach and pool..had a great time stayed in several places in the area and this was definitely one of the best ...will definitely be back!!👍
