Welcome to our newly renovated beach condo. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of St. Pete Beach. This ocean-side condo steps away from one of the most highly-rated beaches in the country. St. Pete Beach is renowned for its award-winning beaches, incredible restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this condo a home away from home! We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise.

Location: For reference, the condo is a 3-minute drive to the Don Cesar Hotel.

Had a good stay here, places is definitely a lot smaller than the pictures show. I do wish that the beach chairs were in better condition, the carrying straps and backpack like carrying straps were all ripped so it was balancing act to try to carry a chair and a bag. The host was friendly and accommodating when we didn’t have enough beach towels. The amenities in the condo were in good condition. There was concrete repair construction going on on the condo building during my stay but no one could do anything about that. Loved the convenience of being right by the beach and it’s definitely an elderly persons occupied condo building.
Pool is open until 10pm.

Steps from the beach

The room was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels and basic kitchen needs. The washer and dryer was so convenient to have. We loved being steps from the beach and appreciated all the beach toys/supplies that were available to us. The beach was so clean and seaweed free unlike the area further south. The water was calm and perfect for small children! Would highly recommend!

Amazing location

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo was beautifully renovated with modern appliances and stylish furniture. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Its location right by the beach made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Right on the beach. Stylish and modern accommodations. Pool and hot tub available. Host was communicative. Short drive to fort de soto. Overall a solid rental. Would like to have put the ac lower as I am a hot sleeper but there were portable fans available.

Super nice place. Beach access easy and spot on beach is perfectly located. Super close to Publix/Starbucks/etc. Queen bunk beds are clutch. I’d rent it again in a second.

Family summer get away

We took a family trip to St. Pete. We had never been to the area before and the beach was beautiful. The condo has a great location and right on the beach. Easily accessible to pool and beach with very short walk. This was nice as we could come and go from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and plenty of room inside the condo. Would definitely come back again.

Family spring break trip

Great location. Perfect for what we needed which was a place to stay for a family with 2 teens. Not a ton of storage space for clothes (no dressers/1 small closet in 1 bedroom), but only there a week and able to live out of our suitcases. Not a big deal. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Very quiet. Didn’t hear any neighbors. Having beach chairs and beach towels provided was awesome. Would recommend and will stay here again if back in St Pete Beach!

Great, modern 2 bdrm on beach

This is a great spot to call home base for our family trip. We were able to easily get into St Petersburg to see family. Right on the beach for morning walks and sun set viewing. An easy walk to the grocery store to stock updated kitchen. Definitely would book again.

Great location for a beach vacay!

My sister and I stayed here with our combined 3 kids (1, 3 & 6). The location was great because we could use the pool and the beach was lovely. Overall the furnishings and amenities were wonderful and it's a nicely updated unit. We would stay here again! Just a few notes for others that may consider this listing too: - There are not really many walkable restaurants, but you are close enough to everything that we drove the few times we went out - We couldn't find the beach wagon that the listing noted, which was unfortunate because we 3 kids and chairs and tents it was difficult to manage without multiple trips to and from the beach - There wasn't a drain plug for the bathtub (which with kids was a specific reason we chose this place because we needed at least 1 bathtub)...but we made due with the showers. - No overhead fans in the bedrooms - The front room is a queen over queen bunkbed with no railing on the top bunk (concerning for the ages of children we have) - All the straps on the beach chairs were broken, so they couldn't be carried as backpack chairs (overall the provided beach equipment could use updating...)

Excellent Beach Condo

Stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 9 y/o, 5 y/o). Good location, quiet building (we didn’t hear anyone above us and pool shuts down at dusk so no evening noise, which is important for us), and right on the beach. Would stay here again the next time we visit family in the area.

On the beach

Great renovated unit. Easy access and all that, beach was empty and private and pristine. Not in the most fun/happening area but I like the privacy and quiet so it was perfect.

Bougie stay on the beach!

We loved our home away from home on St Pete's Beach. The condo is modern, beautifully appointed and was super clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable as was the couch. We appreciated the washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances to keep everything clean. It had all the amenities you could need including items for a beach day - which is literally steps away. I would recommend that visitors rent or bring a car as we found that we had to order a lot of Ubers to get around.

Beach only steps away. Pool was great for the kids. Not overcrowded. Hot tub was hot! Just the way I like it. Community grills work great. Communication with host was easy.
