This unit definitely offers a welcoming first impression. The Surf Beach Resort two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium combines spaciousness with modern taste that sleeps up to 6 guests. Once inside- the unit presents a private balcony with seating for 4 overlooking the beautiful waters of Gulf of Mexico, master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, newly remodeled dining and living room with 42" LCD TV, and an in unit washer and dryer. Simply leave all your worries behind and relax in our year round heated pool and Jacuzzi or enjoy a cook out at the onsite BBQ grills. Assigned parking space & Free WI-FI. All linens are provided including towels for use at the pool.

We had a really great stay at this condo! The location is perfect — close to everything you need and just a short 5-minute drive to John’s Pass, with the beach within easy access. It felt very convenient overall.The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which we appreciated after traveling. The condo itself is very nice and stocked with the basic essentials. The beds were comfortable, and it made for a great home base for our trip.The only suggestion I would make is having the tile grout deep cleaned. Our feet were constantly getting dirty/black from the floors, and the grout lines appear dark from buildup (not the original color). A good deep clean would make a big difference.Overall, it was a really good stay and we would definitely come back!

What a great condo, for a much needed vacation!!

This is my second time staying at Surf Beach. I love the location and all it has to offer. The condo was perfect for my family. It was very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We are planning to stay here again next Summer. We highly recommend! Thanks for helping to make our family vacation fun and memorable!

While we loved the location and the condo was as described, we were disappointed with our stay. It seemed as if every pipe in the building drained behind the primary bedroom. It was very loud at all hours of the night with people doing their laundry, showering, and flushing the toilets. A loud whooshing noise every time something drained that woke us up several times. The unit was clean to the appearance, but floors were dirty from day one. I had to put a towel by the bed to wash my feet off before getting into bed after showering. There were also several silverfish in the primary bedroom. The twin beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable and similar to what you would find in a dorm or bunk house. I spoke with the property manager and she offered to move us to a different unit, but the bed situation was not going to work for our group.

Not high-class, but everything you need!

First the bad... furniture is worn and the place could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. And there was no frying pan. Thats it... that's all I've got for the bad. Now the good... easy check-in, friendly staff, & great location. EVERYTHING you need for your stay... pots, plates, silverware, knives, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker(not Kuerig), toaster, dish washer (with soap), hair dryer, washer/dryer (with soap), shampoo/conditioner/soap, paper towel, dish soap, dish towels, warm pool and hot tub, public beach with volleyball nets, 2 grills with utensils, parking for 1 car, small balcony great for sunsets and keeping an eye on your kids at the pool. Comfy bed and nice bath towels too! Perfect size for 2 kids and 2 adults... any more would be cramped. Overall great place, friendly staff, and enjoyed my stay!

Perfect FL Getaway

We were in town for a family wedding, and the property couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was well furnished with all the things we needed for our family. The beach was a short walk, and the pool area was fantastic for our 3 and 13 year olds. We were delighted with our choice of places to stay.

Price too high for what you get! This condo/hotel (not a resort) could use security and tow away signs. Parkings spaces were not adhered to! Very frustrating! Office attendees leave at 5p. No security afterwards. The 6 floor building needs a complete pressure wash
the stairs were really dirty. The unit was clean and we may the best of our stay, but will not return.

Perfect for our family

We loved our time here. Having a washer/dryer and full kitchen was wonderful. The views of ocean were great. Beach was clean. We would highly recommend this property. We loved the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers too.

The location is perfect. Close proximity to pool and beach. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, pharmacies and ice cream locations nearby. Beach towels provided. Friendly front desk staff. Would be nice if beach chairs were available for those visitors flying in. The condo could use touch up painting.

Our unit was just as the pictures showed. Nice space for a family of 4 and appreciated the ample storage space between closets in the bedrooms and large closet with shelves in the kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony view and pool after a day at the beach.

Nice Location

The location is good you can walk to Publics and Johns Pass. The water is really far away about 200 yards so ocean front doesn’t mean much. Don’t expect anything to be left condiment wise from other guests, everything is cleaned out completely. Check in was great and the pool was warm and clean plenty of lounge chairs.

Overall nice stay.

This was our first time renting near the beaches of Treasure Island. We were slightly disappointed in how far away the actual beach is from the resort. You can’t really hear the waves even though you have Oceanside rental. The pool and deck and hot tub were very nice with lots of space! Parking was great! Easy walk to John’s Pass where there is great shopping and restaurants. Nice area to walk the beach! Walking distance to Publix for groceries. Overall, very nice stay!!
