Everything was perfect: the attentive host, the well-appointed rental, the views, and the location.If you are searching for the best place to stay on Clearwater Beach, look no further than this place. The attention to detail was amazing. We live locally, and with other rentals, we’ve had to run home for supplies. But the host has thought of EVERYTHING you would need for a great beach vacation, from beach towels, beach chairs, portable wagons, and beach bikes, to extra dish and paper towels, laundry supplies, hair dryers, etc.The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms modern and immaculate, and the kitchen was a dream to work in. We had a large crowd, and yet we never felt crowded.The pool and jacuzzi were a great place to start the day, and wind down from a jam-packed day of walking around Clearwater Beach. Inside and outside the property, the views were spectacular, and the neighborhood was quiet and serene.Location, location, location! Once you get here, you won’t need a car. The property is on the southern end of Clearwater Beach, but well within walking distance of the popular Pier 60. But there are so many restaurants and shops on the south portion, you may not feel the need to venture farther, unless you want to explore with the provided beach bikes. Beach access is just a short walk down the street. Enjoy the sun, sand and surf.And, our host, George, made sure our stay was very comfortable. Thank you!

Amazing vacation home

This townhouse was beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here immensely. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, and all the fun events near the pier. The kids loved the pool, as well. The house was clean and so spacious! The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans needed to make a few family meals. And it was wonderful to have lots of water toys and beach towels available for our entire family for the beach and pool. George was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to the one question I had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay for an amazing vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family of 10—it fit all of us comfortably with plenty of space to relax. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Being so close to the pool was also a big plus! George was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The house was well-stocked with beach supplies, which was a nice bonus. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Family Vacation

Property was gorgeous and loved being right on the canal. Views were beautiful. Location was in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from the beach. Plenty of space for my husband and I with our three adult children and their significant others. The beach chairs, cart, beach toys and bikes were an amazing bonus. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the pool table and the large round table in the dining area for game nights. We will definitely stay here again next time in the area!!

Getaway reunion for 8 high school girlfriends (45 years)

We have a reunion every couple years at different locations all around the country & this lovely condo could not have been more perfect! Absolutely impeccable details and amenities from the kitchen supplies to the furniture to the beach necessities. The best part was just hanging out on the lovely patio overlooking the inlet, drinks in hand, watching dolphins and enjoying the warm sunny days!George was super responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse! Great space for family of 5. Location is excellent as we walked to Clearwater beach, shops and restaurants. Short 8 minute drive to Sand Key beach. So close to everything but the townhouse is very quiet away from busy street. George/owner is very responsive and excellent host. We definitely recommend to stay here. So convenient to park car in garage with all beach gear provided and to have washer/dryer. Loved our stay!

Family week in Paradise

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful condo. Everything about it is top-notch. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need as far as utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. We had a nice quiet family dinner there the night we arrived and everything that we could possibly need to prepare the meal was there. The location is excellent. We have tried other condos and came back to this one because it cannot be beat. It is perfect for family game nights out by the bay or just unwinding around the dinner table. I would highly recommend this condo. George is very responsive and reaches out to make sure everything is doing well there.

Our first trip to Clearwater. Loved the location. Loved the townhouse. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed walking to grab ice cream in the evenings. And walking to grab Starbucks in the mornings. We had anticipated on getting rental chairs on the beach…but it was crowded…the townhouse had enough chairs for all of us! Communication was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Even had beach towels.
