About a block and half away from the beach, loved having the pool right outside our back door. Complex and room was well maintained. Thank you for a lovely stay, a great home away from home for a week.

Great location, short walk to beach, pool is very nice.

Overall, we had a good experience. I did have concerns about some of the cleanliness. There was mouse droppings in the cupboards, which were not very clean. My daughters bed had sand in it the first night, and we could tell that the bedding had not been thoroughly and the entire Place needs a deep cleaning. We were there from Saturday through Sunday morning and there was only enough dishwasher soap and toilet paper to last two or three days. It would be nice if it was a little more stocked.

Nice condo

We flew in for a concert in Tampa but also wanted to enjoy the beach. Pre-arrival communication was very good. Condo was as described and had beach towels, a couple of chairs and even a canopy. My biggest issue was a musty smell from the air conditioning. No evidence of any mold could be seen in the condo. Parking spot is tight on the neighbor fence.

Wonderful Wave #1 Stay

The Wave #1 Place was a very spacious and comfortable place to stay for us! The bedrooms and Family area were huge and even better than pictures posted with the advertisement!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in St. Petersburg again!

It was an amazing condo with a nice walk to the beach. We had a lot of fun. The pool was refreshing we liked that we could walk to the beach, a place for breakfest and Shells restaurant for a nice diner. It was a quiet family friendly enviroment with a lot to do in walking distance, highly recommended. We will definitley be back next summer!!

Rescheduled Vacay

We schoose St Petes Beach after having to reschedule a vacation to Belize due to a passport issue. We found this condo to check all of our vacation boxes.. walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having a pool onsite was key. The condo was clean and large, amd the complex was well kept. Wish there had been in-unit laundry cause the complex wash room was out of service, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. We'll surely be back to explore the beach town more.

Great Location

Absolutely great location. Short walk to food and beach. Stay in #1 as you have private patio and pool access. Pool was kept extremely clean. Laundry room was very accessible. Only complaint is the low quality of sheets.

Loved the space and location

Our stay at Waves 1 was excellent! The condo is huge and having the private patio that leads to the pool was so nice for morning coffee. The condo is well equipped. I was very thankful for a beach cart to haul everything to the beach. Some reviews stated there was not beach equipment, but after speaking to the management company, they explained it is not provided, but if another guests leaves beach equipment it is there for you to use. The beach is an easy 2 block walk and the pool was very warm and clean. I would stay at Waves 1 again!

Nice quite location

Within walking distance of many restaurants, very quite location off main busy road and also quite within the condo complex. The Gulf wasn't warm as indicated on the listing, but that is out of their control. The couches in the family room were the best I have sat on in a rental property, that alone gets high marks in my book. We didn't us the pocket door between master suite and the bathroom because it didn't slide easily and when my husband tried to shut it the door was very noisy, so we left it open, wasn't the greatest but it worked.

Property in need of attention.

The layout of the condo is nice and roomy and the location is great, however I don’t think the floors and baseboards have been cleaned in months. The ceiling fans were filthy. The sheets were gritty. We felt like there were a lot of bugs in the condo and we even had a frog in the bathroom. Despite it all we had a great time

Great location and value

Great location. Very open, rooms and bathrooms were good size. Only suggestion would be to have beach chairs available with the close proximity to the beach and the sliders to the deck needs to be improved. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Very Clean & Spacious! Great location!

We were 6 adults and had plenty of room to spread out, relax and cook. Enjoyed the the patio area and the easy access to both the pool and laundry room. The condo was very clean and supplied small appliances, however, full size appliances were in need of repair which did not happen during our stay. Would still recommend this unit and we would consider staying there again.
