Welcome to Sandy Feet Cottage—a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom beach cottage located just across the street from the 20th Ave beach access walkway to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

A quick two-minute walk takes you to the soft white sands and stunning Gulf waters. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a peaceful, three-mile stretch of shoreline just south of Clearwater Beach, which was ranked the #6 beach in the U.S. in 2022. Unlike Clearwater’s busy tourist scene, IRB offers a quiet, residential beach town experience—ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and coastal charm, while remaining close to lively attractions.

Sandy Feet Cottage was completely remodeled after Hurricane Helene and now serves as a modern, upscale vacation retreat. Every detail of this private duplex home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture and tasteful coastal décor. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are spacious and relaxing, and the spa-style bathroom adds a touch of luxury!

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large private backyard with a hammock and bicycles, along with a private patio featuring comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The beach, local restaurants, beach bars, and charming shops are just a short stroll away. Beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and cooler—are provided to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

***** The host will request a photo of a valid ID upon booking
*****returning items than have been left behind, by mail, will incur a charge of $15.00 PLUS the cost of shipping/box/envelope
***** Bookings are accepted for guests 25 years or older only
***** NO PETS are allowed, even visiting ones
***** Changes to reservations or adjustment of reservation dates will incur a $150.00 fee
***** Security cameras are placed outside at the front door and back gate entrance of the property for your peace of mind and additional security.

Please note that calendar changes are not possible for travelers arriving within 4 weeks of their due date, and cancellation policies will apply.

The host is readily available to answer any questions promptly via phone call, text, or this platform's messenger. Upon arrival, guests are encouraged to 'check in' on the cottage iPad, loaded with information and suggestions about the area, including trash day pick-up and codes for the complimentary beach box stocked with essentials for a fun day at the beach!
