The Point 404

After just one stay, The Point will be your vacation spot for life! This pet-friendly (see below) condo features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed with full ensuite bathroom that offers a bath tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and is adjacent to a full bath. Kick back and enjoy the open concept living room that opens to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal and overlooks the large dining area/living rooms area. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience..

At the beach parking is always scarce but this unit comes with one assigned parking spot and one guest spot on a first come first serve basis. Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass to enjoy shopping and fabulous restaurants to choose from. Visit St. Petersburg where you will find museums like the world-renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and historical locations.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Dogs only are permitted in this vacation rentals and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. One (1) dog up to 35 pounds is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. ***Pets are prohibited from being on public beaches***

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

The condo was really nice, fabulous view of the gulf- loved having the shutters on balcony to divert wind yet still have view. Comfortable, very clean-great kitchen. Bedrooms fabulous. Great location to easily go into Clearwater beach or in the other direction, to John’s Pass area. Definitely would stay here again. A great find.

Loved that this condo was right on the water and a corner unit which gives much privacy. The balcony also had closing blinds to block the wind or sun if needed. You'll be directed to a vacation rental agency to sign an agreement with them before renting and will go through them during your stay. They let us know in advance that we could do a really early check in without an additional charge which was so appreciated. The condo was older and the elevator was, too, but it was still very nice. Even though we didn't use the dishwasher, water started leaking out on the floor. Since it was a weekend and we only eat out on vacation, we agreed to just turn off the water supply and they were to check it later. Everything else was perfect and so comfortable. We would stay again.

From the time I booked the unit until I checked out, I couldn't have been happier. The property managers made themselves readily available and were very accommodating. The unit itself was beautiful, clean and couldn't have been in a more ideal location. Would definitely stay here again!

The layout/accommodations were great for the size of our family. Beds were very comfortable and access to the beach was perfect. Even though we had to park across the street because of pre-warned construction, the crosswalk was right in front of the property which made that inconvenience much easier than we anticipated.

Beautiful view!!

This condo was beautiful, easy to find, and right on the beach with many restaurants nearby. We loved watching the dolphins, sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony!! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing she noticed was that the beds in the back bedroom were really short!! She is 5'5" and her feet were nearly hanging off. The king-sized bed in the other room was super comfortable :) All in all, we would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts of this beautiful property!!

The location is convenient to everything, and right on the beach. The Apartment unit is clean, comfortable, and has the best view ever! The view was even better than pictured. The decor is nice and its very spacious. From the start of booking our vacation home, the staff was welcoming and friendly. We had the best vacation. I have already recommended this vacation rental to my friends.

Unfortunately I do not have any thing good to say about the property and would suggest you look else where. The property needs a deep clean. Do not walk in the unit bare foot as your feet will be black. Ring around shower drains. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser was disgusting and clearly never wiped down. Felt gross as we discovered new things slowly They did not communicate at all where to leave the keys and had to drop off at the office with no address given. Isn’t it 2025 not 1990, they had a key pad but said no keys were returned that we would be charged with no info on where to drop them off. Sotheby's seemed not to care about fixing any of these issues while we were there. Do not recommend this unit.

Relaxing Getaway!

The family wanted a few days of warm relaxation before the holidays. This property didn’t disappoint. The beach was amazing. You will need a rental car or expect to Uber. There isn’t many dining options within walking distance. We loved the Indian Shores Coffee shop across the street. It was a great trip!

Very well keep condo

Very nice property. The building was remarkably tidy and condo had everything you could ask for. Had a tiny problem and the property managers were there in five minutes. View was outstanding. Well stocked in kitchen . Plenty of towels and nice washer and dryer. Would stay again.

Simply perfect.

This unit is absolutely Perfect. We enjoyed sunset views every night from our balcony. The condo is perfectly appointed -we stayed for a month. Parking is easy, neighborhood is mostly quiet and superb coffee shop right across the street with the best breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Saw dolphins a lot in the early mornings.

The best beach access!!

The condo was great for our annual ladies trip!! Great view and super easy access to the beach! You are as close as you can get to the water!! We had everything we needed to cook. The washer/dryer are super small and took forever but worked. Condo was clean. It's a bummer that it doesnt have a pool or we would definitely be back!!

Short walk to the beach

Condo was right on the beach with direct beach access. Short walk to get stuff set up on the beach. This was a plus due to my husband's back issues and my mother being in her 80's. Several restaurants and shops within a 5-10 mile radius. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We have vacationed in the Indian Shores, treasure island area for several years now and would return to this complex again if its available.

We love our annual trip!

We always enjoy our stay in Indian Shores. This condo was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The view was perfect. Parking spot was the best. The only problem was the beach chairs. The ones on the balcony were rusted and broken. If the rentor wants to reimburse the $65 we spent on new chairs( and left behind) we sure would appreciate it! Lol. We would stay here again, most definitely.

Perfection

We have rented many apartments on VBRO, Airbnb etc but none have come close to the excellence of this property which was ideal for the two of us. The best of all was the excellent communication with the owners who responded rapidly, were accessible by phone and when a minor problem developed they sent a handyman around within a few hours. I wish all our experiences were this good.

Family vacation

The location was great! It was super easy to book and check in. The condo was what you would expect for a beach condo. It was spacious, bright, and well stocked. However, it was not very clean upon our arrival. The floor looked and felt as if it had not been cleaned at all. The bathrooms could use some attention. For example the hooks for the shower curtain were rusty.

Everything as advertised. Exceeded Expectations

We have been renting beachside condos every March for 15 years and this unit was the first to have everything you could possibly need, especially beach chairs/umbrellas. Most condos do not offer this. Everything from the beds, kitchen pans and coffee maker, towels and starter soaps/cleaners were perfect. Again, it is rare that every condo rental gets all of this 100% right, but this place did!
