Whether you’re visiting for a beach vacation, family getaway, business trip, or extended stay, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort, entertainment, and location.
Please note:

• No pets permitted
• No smoking or vaping allowed on the property
Leaving the property with excessive trash, strong odors, or in an unsanitary condition will result in an additional cleaning charge starting at $350.00. Please dispose of all garbage and remove any open food or beverage items from the refrigerator and freezer prior to departure.
When failure to comply with the house rules results in compensation, discounts, or refunds being issued to future guests, you may also be held financially responsible for those associated costs.
Check-Out Time: To allow our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests, check-out is required by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved in advance.
There is a ring camera present at the pool area and also at the front of the home.
Please be respectful of all house rules throughout your stay. Violations including, but not limited to, excessive noise, unauthorized visitors, improper parking, tampering with security devices, or disturbances to neighbors and the surrounding community may result in penalties of up to $1,000 and/or immediate termination of the reservation.
WASHER & DRYER USE:
We are allowing use of the washers and dryers as a courtesy to our guests. Please do not overload washers or dryers, or mix our white towels with dark colors. We would hate to charge an additional fee for replacement. Guests are responsible to use adequate care when using washer and dryers responsibly. Should any service be required guests are responsible for all serve calls and damages caused to machines. Please do not overload the machines. Clean the lint trap before or after each use. We would hate to charge for damages done to the machines.
We appreciate your respect and understanding which assures a pleasant experience.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and full use of the private fenced yard, outdoor dining and lounging areas, outdoor games, hot tub, and in-ground pool. The pool is not heated.
There is a large driveway with off street parking. An additional two cars may park on the street. Overnight parking is allowed.

Palm Breeze Retreat
~ The house suite sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Available for sleeping are:
~Bedroom 1: Two full sized beds in one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom,
~Bedroom 2: One queen sized bed with dual entry bathroom.
~One twin sized roll away bed
~Large sofa, extra comfortable.
We provide sheets, pillows and blankets.
There is a baby play pen and high chair available. The high chair converts from infant to toddler.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage area. There is a step down to enter the garage from the kitchen area. Please note: the garage is a garage for storage of household supplies and the washer and dryer. Please do not park in the garage. The garage is not updated in any way and is just an average basic garage. The newer and well maintained washer and dryers are available for your convenience.
Laundry Equipment: The washer and dryer are provided as a convenience. Guests are responsible for using the equipment properly and according to manufacturer guidelines. Overloading the machines, washing prohibited items, or any misuse that results in damage, excessive wear, service calls, repairs, or replacement may result in charges being assessed to the reservation.
We thoughtfully provide starter essentials for your stay, including:
• bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
• Toilet paper and paper towels
• trash bags
• Shampoo and basic toiletries
• Beach chairs
• Pool Towels
• Bottled water
• Salt, Pepper, Olive oil, seasonings
• Light snacks
To help keep our nightly rates affordable, we do not supply beach umbrellas. If you anticipate needing additional items beyond the starter essentials, we recommend a quick stop at a nearby store to stock up for your stay.
The pool is available as a convenience for our guests. Our pool is serviced on Tuesday evenings between 4-7 pm. Our pool gal will let herself in through the gate and make sure the pool is taken care of. Please do not disturb the pool equipment. We would hate to have to charge you for damages to the pool equipment.
You’ll also have access to the hot tub.

Please also note- this is Florida- we have little gecko lizards which hop around and an occasional palmetto bug. They are not pleasant, but harmless.
There are occasional ants and bugs outside, as we live in a warm climate and all of this is to be expected when visiting paradise.
Pest control treats the house every three months in between stays and will spot treat if needed. You should not see any bugs in the home but please let us know if you do so we can remedy immediately. It’s Florida- bugs are quite common everywhere and we do our very best to keep them away.
