Expansive oceanfront views from this exceptionally clean, corner unit condo. Unit 406, in highly sought after Oceanside Condos, will wow you with fabulous top-floor views and fantastic natural sunlight throughout. Located in the best area of Indian Rocks Beach, condo is walking distance to coffee, bakery, and ice cream shops, craft brewery and wine bars, numerous restaurants, and live music entertainment.

The ground floor storage unit, accessible to Unit 406 guests only, has everything you need for a fun beach day. Beach chairs, large canopy, beach umbrellas, cooler, skim boards, children's pool and sand toys, etc. Condo unit is stocked with towels, linens, pillows and blankets. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. This beautiful beach condo is paradise.

The well-maintained Oceanside complex has a heated pool and hot tub with direct beach access. Adjacent patio area with picnic table and gas grill. The beach area in front of Oceanside is a quiet, less crowded area. Plenty of space to set-up for a relaxing beach day.

Master bedroom = 1 king bed. Spacious master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV, ceiling fan and black-out, pull-down shades.

Guest bedroom = 2 queen beds, Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Living Area = New 65" Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Kitchen = Keurig machine, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Crockpot, pancake griddle and electric skillet. High-quality stainless steel pots, pans and cutlery.

Unit has 3 Smart TV's, cable TV, high speed internet, free, secure Wi-Fi. Brand new washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. Building has elevator access with one reserved, covered parking space for Unit 406 guests with additional on-site parking.

Oceanside is located directly on the beach in the quaint, family-friendly town of Indian Rocks Beach. Oceanside Condos is a favorite among vacationers due to its fantastic location. Condo is within walking distance of many great restaurants (Villa Gallace, Monstah Lobstah, The Original Crabby Bill's, Guilty Sea Sports Pub, Jake's Cantina, Lulu's Oyster Bar, VIP Mexican), ice cream shops, night-life entertainment (live music most nights) and a CVS store. Take the Beach Trolley for a fun and easy way to explore Gulf Blvd from Clearwater Beach all the way down to St. Pete Beach. Trolley stop is right in front of Oceanside Condos. Easy access from Tampa International or St. Pete/Clearwater Airports and within a scenic drive to all of Florida's major attractions including: Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studio, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Zoo at Lowry Park, Salvador Dali Museum, Chihuly Museum, Charter/Fishing Boat rentals, Dolphin Tours, and Suncoast Bird Sanctuary.

The host was great at communicating about questions I had before and during the trip. Loved the condo. It was very well stocked with things, I almost didn't need to pack anything but clothes with how much they had available. The storage unit had everything needed for the beech. The unit is gulf front and the balcony was our favorite place to gather. Seating for five was perfect for our group of five. We appreciated a well stocked kitchen (utensils, coffee makers, tumblers, dishes, blender, etc), beach towels and beach chairs. The unit is full of little touches that make it a perfect getaway. Very clean and organized. Just like the photos, but even better in person. Walkable to multiple restaurants, a brewery, ice cream and a CVS. Pool and hot tub area easy to get down to from unit.

The condo was spotless with everything we could possibly need. Right outside the balcony was the hot tub, pool & beach. Our favorite part of the day was sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset. Beautiful! Unfortunately due to construction work on the other condo balconies, the pool was covered & there was a lot of noise all day. I would definitely stay here again.

Our beach vacation at IRB was wonderful! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent. You will glad to know the condo matches the description in the listing. When we arrived, we were pleased to find that the condo was very neat and clean. The furniture is comfortable and allowed for relaxing naps. In the storage unit you will find chairs, a tent umbrella, floats of various kinds, sand toys, and coolers make your beach day awesome! My husband stated he could move in without any problems! We would happily stay here again! 10/10

Great location

Unit was great, corner and top floor. Awesome views of the ocean. The unit was really equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry as well as for the beach. Not a lot of bathroom towels but there’s a washer and dryer so it’s easy to throw items to get cleaned. The beds are not comfortable especially in the master bedroom. We almost bought an egg crate to put on top to make it a little more comfortable. I would also recommend they install a no key system for the room. It would make it more enjoyable so we’re not constantly asking who has the keys. All in all, great place!

We love this property and return to it every year. We were so relieved to see that the hurricanes left no noticeable damage unlike many other properties in the area. Andra is easy to communicate with and the condo and cabana are well stocked with everything you need.

Great trip to IRB@ Oceanside

This place has it all! It was by far the best stocked place we’ve stayed. Beds were amazingly comfy. This is our 2nd time staying at Oceanside. From the views to the pool,beach, and close proximity to restaurants and nightlife it’s a perfect place for families. We’re already planning our next trip!

The condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Being given access to the beach locker was very nice and most useful. The covered parking was much appreciated. Amazing condo!

The condo, property, and beach exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything a family might need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. They have beach gear, pool toys, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, bathroom essentials, spices, and so much more. We were really impressed. It NEVER felt crowded at the beach or pool. The location of this condo is fantastic! It is located in walking distance to many local restaurants, cafes, and stores. If you want a more lively atmosphere all you need to do is hop in a car for a 15 min drive down the road to Clearwater or John’s Pass. I believe you can take a public trolly to Clearwater if you don’t have a car. We visited Honeymoon Island, Caledesi, Egmont Key, and Three Rooker Island. All were unique and definitely worth visiting! There is also a nice little wild bird sanctuary about 5 mins down the road that we really enjoyed. Make sure you swing by the Kooky Coconut for a Cuban!

WOW, What a great unit! Beautifully arranged and decorated! Very clean and housekeeping uses All free and clean detergent to laundry the towels and linens. All just smells CLEAN! For us, this is wonderful! Thank you Host , it was a great vacation.
