This spacious 4th floor condo has a delightfully eclectic décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach.
Vacation rental 401 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Sleeping accommodations include one queen in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.
Coin-operated laundries on the 2nd and 4th floors in the building. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrival during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6.
