We booked this property last minute for a trip down to see my family who live near-by. When we walked in I was immediately impressed by the level of cleanliness. Everything felt (and was!) incredibly clean! The small bottles of toiletries were a nice touch, and the linens were plentiful. I also really like having access to a washer and dryer, which were easy to use. The location provided easy access to local stores such as Walmart and Sprouts, which was nice when we needed a few groceries. We had a small issue with the storm door, but the owner was incredibly responsive and it was fixed very quickly. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would 100% book again!

Property was in a good location for us. There was road noise from US 19, but it didn't bother us much. Being close to US 19 was very convenient to getting around including to Publix and restaurants. My dog has long fur and the front yard was full of the "hitch-hiker" seeds that would get in his fur, so that was a bummer. But the neighborhood was very safe, and we felt comfortable walking the dog at night. The charcoal grill in the backyard was the type found in public parks, i.e. not convenient to use regularly. Overall we liked the place for features and our budget for our 8 week stay.

Perfect for family or small group of friends

We had a great stay! There was plenty of beds for us and they accommodated dogs which was perfect! Our only downside was no pool which we were originally wanting but this place accommodated enough beds for our family! So it worked out perfect! They Answered any questions right away! Definetly bring your own condiments etc there is nothing (coffee pods, oil, salt, laundry soap was empty) etc. seems like they are newer since most things stock the basics of those but was still an amazing stay super clean and lots of linens! Ty!

Family visit for a funeral

The house was excellent! Spacious, clean, comfortable which allowed for a wonderful stay. Location was excellent for the places we needed to go. Amenities were great. I would highly recommend this property. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

A new place to stay

The check in process was great from property manager. The place is clean and located close to the main road. Everything was working properly. The only suggestion I have would be the master bedroom. It didn’t feel like a master bedroom with two beds.

Comfortable Home

Stayed for about 2 weeks in this home. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Whole house has been updated, including high end fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Plenty of room and large dining room. Walking distance to some great restaurants, which was a plus. Overall, the perfect place for us.

Winter get-a-way

The property was perfect for our group. The house was very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. Our 91 year old parents traveled with us and the primary bedroom was perfect for them. Even though we ended up not taking our dog, its a very dog friendly house. Back yard is fenced in and great for dogs. We also grilled a couple times and took full advantage of the outdoor space. I would only recommend the owners might want to provide a little more kitchen supplies, i.e., silverware, more coffee cups, storage containers for leftovers. We love to cook on our holidays and always have leftovers. That is in no way a criticism, just a recommendation. The owner was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to each and everyone of our messages. Highly recommend the property!! Total 5 star!!

Quiet neighborhood close to shopping

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Harbor. House is on a quiet street. Weather was cool during our stay so we did not use the outdoor area or screen room. We often walked to shopping. Work space was great for our needs. Host replied quickly to our messages. We had a great stay.

Centrally located

We chose this home because it was centrally located within the Palm Harbor area. It met our needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking and serving needs. Upon entering the home, it smelled nice, but that faded within the first hour. A previous renter must have allowed their dog on the couch because it was a very strong pet odor. Also, the rug in the living room smelled of urine. We chose the property because we have a dog, who is well-trained, and who likes to play fetch and run around. I thought the backyard would be perfect for him to play, but unfortunately the entire backyard is covered in medium-sized river rock. Therefore we were not able to utilize the backyard. I did appreciate the hospitality touches and the use of the washer and dryer. Which was needed because we stayed for 6 days. The owner was very responsive. All-in-all, it was a decent accommodation for our family.

Dog Friendly, quiet location

We were looking for a place to get away from our sunless, cold Michigan winter with our dogs. This place was perfect for it. The dogs had a fenced backyard to chase squirrels and lizards. They were happy! I loved the screen room on the back of the house with comfy furniture. It was just like being outside. My husband liked the big screen tv. The kitchen was very well equipped and the appliances looked brand new. I loved the Keurig coffee maker. Linens were very nice & the bed was comfortable. The house was super clean and just sparkled. The house was beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything including a box of welcome chocolates! We had a couple of questions and the host answered immediately. This house is in a neighborhood, but very quiet. It is super closed to a Walmart and Publix. There is a very nice park about 3 miles away that we took the dogs for longer walks. All in all this place was a perfect get away for us.

Great find for Tarpon Springs

This cute 3/2 home was perfect for our Tarpon Springs getaway. Conveniently located near three boat ramps, close to Little Greece, beaches and the sponge docks. This recently renovated house was a great find for our family.
