The staff did not speak English so anytime we needed something, the response we received was “I don’t speak English”. The front desk didn’t answer our call so we had to go down several times with our needs. They didn’t leave enough towels even after they knew there were 5 of us in the room. Shampoo was never refilled even after they had come to clean our room. Equipment in the fitness center was not working properly and the water cooler was empty the first time we were in the fitness center.
Breakfast was not very appealing and the menu didn’t change much. They ran out of food before the breakfast time ended. They also ran out of forks so we had to eat with spoons.
Overall, not very well managed.

I liked that it was clean, within walking distance to many shopping/dining areas but also had the option of fixing meals in the room.
I did not like that there was only 1 working washing machine in the laundry area.

Our stay was very relaxing and the location of the hotel was great in regards to a very short walk to the beach. Coco crush was a great place to grab food right next to the hotel plus a Starbucks within the same building. Staff members were more than willing to accommodate requests. I will stay again due to the location.
