• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

This is a cute little place to stay. Just perfect for two people. It had a beachy feel, a nice wooden walkway to the beach, and close to John's Pass. It was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again!

My two adult daughter's and I spent the weekend at the Rock Lobster last weekend and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and very inviting. The beach was Beautiful! The perfect place for a weekend away with the girls.

Rock on Lobster Cottage

The stay was great! I grew up not far from the cottage and loved the location and the facilities. Very clean and comforting. Awesome set up, very user friendly. Best parking available for residents on the beach. Highly recommend this cottage. We look forward to staying here again.

We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The weather didn't really cooperate while we were there so we spent more time in the cottage than we anticipated.

Great stay. Right by the Beach!

The place was clean, well maintained, and a 30 second walk from the beach. The staff was responsive to any question or concern we had during our stay. The unit was everything we wanted, and nothing that we didn't. For the price, I don't think we could have done better.

This cottage was small but very clean! The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on in the evening and the TV was a little difficult to figure out for elderly but very nice place.

Recently stayed here in July for a weekend and absolutely loved it. Just out the front door is a private boardwalk straight to the beautiful treasure island beach. The bed was very comfortable and the wall mounted A/C kept the bedroom plenty cool for comfortable sleep. The small fridge has plenty of room for a weekend worth of meals. I would definitely recommend you check this place out!

Great for a weekend getaway

This place was a perfect place for my husband & I to stay for a couple of nights. We were in town to go to the Ray's games over the weekend. Location was great!! Our TV wouldn't change channels and Bill got to us very quickly and got it up and working again. WE will definitely stay again. ! :)
