Royal Marina offers a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building in The Avalon, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two double beds. Living room features a queen sleeper sofa and SMART TV.

The property was located perfectly for us. Very well decorated and felt like I was in a tropical oasis away from my home so it was a good getaway. They had everything we needed and I would stay here again!

We stayed in Clearwater, FL, at a property we found on VRBO, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were incredibly gracious and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience.10/10... Would absolutely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our condo was very nice and the layout was great This was our first time staying in this unit but our third time staying at the Avalon condos The pool area is beautiful and stays at 84 degrees all yr round Location was good with lots of restaurants and stores close by.
