Royal Tropical at The Avalon Clearwater, Spacious Stay & Heated Pool

Make your dreams come true in Royal Tropical, a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building in The Avalon, S Missouri Ave, Clearwater.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area bring the family together. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two double beds and easy access to the second bathroom. Living room features two sofas (one double sleeper), dining table, and TV. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests.

This was our 2nd year staying at the Avalon in Clearwater but our first at Royal Tropical. The condo was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The hosts were nice and checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family and I had a great stay. Avalon was convenient to the beach. It was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the pool after each beach day. Cristian and Cristina were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Cristian & Cristina were wonderful hosts checking in with us a number of times initially to make sure we were settled in and everything was in order. Condo is lovely furnished, well-stocked with everything you need for a home-like stay, extremely clean, and rhe beds are very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit to Clearwater!

The property was clean and well decorated. With having a larger family we prefer staying at a house or condo to take advantage of a full kitchen and laundry. We have stayed here in the past and had a great experience and this time was no different! Only a 10 minute drive to the beach and shops in Clearwater make this a convenient and ideal location for my family!

My family and I stayed at this adorable condo for almost a week. The condo is so nice and equipped with everything you need for a trip away. The property is near many stores and restaurants and less than 20 minutes from the gulf! There is even a gym and warm pool to use. I would def stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was a wonderful place to stay while in Florida. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The condo was located centrally so that we could drive to many different areas around the Clearwater/Tampa area. The owners furnished the condo with a number of things to make the stay very enjoyable. The pool and workout facility on the property was an added plus. The owners were also very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.
