Sunset Paradise is a 3rd floor, waterfront, corner unit condo that is bathed in natural light from its extra corner-unit windows. Watch amazing sunsets from your private balcony every evening. This recently updated and coastal chic condo has an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a slider door with access to the balcony as well as a view of the intracoastal waterway from the windows. It features a new hybrid foam mattress and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo that has a grab bar. It also has dual vanities. The secondary suite overlooks the resort-style pool, hot tub, and lush grounds. There is a plush king size mattress and a large bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower. Sunset Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast, a lunch to bring to the beach or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. The large dining table offers plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a tasty meal together. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your private use. The condo is outfitted with hurricane impact windows and sliders, which make the environment inside quieter and more comfortable. We’re excited to share that Sunset Paradise is a recently purchased property and underwent a complete refresh! We have recently updated the dining room furniture, living room furniture and secondary bedroom furniture. In the living room we have purchased a new 65" Samsung Smart 4k TV, equipped with cable. Bed linens, towels and decor have been updated as well.

This condo is part of the Bahia Vista II condo association located on the very popular island of Isla Del Sol. This community offers an incredible waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, with a view of the intracoastal waterway. There is a private beach just a few steps from the condo, available only to guests in our condo association, and is another great location to watch the sunset, aquatic wildlife, and a wide variety of boats. In addition, the island offers lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways.

Sunset Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offers the convenience of home while away. All linens and towels are provided. There are sound machines, multiple luggage racks and beach towels located in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and blow-up style pool noodles are provided. There are many other things we have included to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. This isn't just a vacation rental for us, it is our second home, and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do! Lastly, we supply a starter welcome kit that offers a few essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods.
