Sand Castle II 802 - GULF FRONT Condo!

Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condominium is the perfect family vacation spot. The sugary sand beach of Indian Shores and beachside heated swimming pool, hot tub and grill area make vacation memories easy to create. This condo has been updated and has solid floors throughout the condo. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The living room has a large TV with DVD player if you can tear away from the views of the water on your private balcony. The master bedroom is also Gulf front and has a slider door to the balcony. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and TV along with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. No need to overpack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a ceiling fan. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos! There is FREE Long Distance calling to US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and FREE unlimited DVD movies.***Non-Smoking*** The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.

Needs updating

Well let me start with saying Plumlee was great
 location was great
. Condo itself
 not so great, pics are very misleading
 no fan’s whatsoever, we had to go purchase them if we wanted any sleep at all
 paint coming off of walls
 water pressure in bathrooms are pretty well just a dribble
wasn’t cleaned very well at all
 no can opener at all
 it’s need full renovation for sure. Red tide was here right after we arrived which is no ones fault
 but if the condo would have been up to par we would have enjoyed our visit much more.

Great location. Condo felt neglected. Peeling paint, rusted doors and windows

It's the little things yo help keep the unit clean and comfortable during your stay it was lacking. No blankets on the beds as displayed in the photos of the unit, old mattress and rickety bed frames Having the ability to sweep and mop the floor - both were disgusting I wouldn't clean the street with them. No Working exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Nice that there were a couple beach chairs in the unit, all the rentable ones with Plumlee were sold out. And the 3 hour wait for replacing the refrigerator during our stay was an unexpected turn off, then new fridge didn't have an ice maker! Location makes up for lacking amenities.

Everything in unit was great, except no toilet plunger. Only one beach chair!!!

We have stayed at other Sand castle units for years. This unit was rather lean on the beach amenities. Thank goodness we have friends who live in Largo. Borrowed beach chairs and cooler from them. No stereo for music. Otherwise, still a nice unit.

The property was very nice and very clean

the property was very nice and clean. Some minor repairs could be made to the unit we stayed in. Sandcastle ll unit 802. The door into the unit is getting rusty and would stick. The washer and dryer could be replaced but we were still thankful we had one. Over all we love our stay and will definitely stay with Plumlee rentals in the future. Absolutely loved the location and the sunsets were a gift from God.

We stayed for a week. It was an excelent experience. The condo was as advertised. Comfortable.

The condo was well equipped. Everything worked and it was very clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was the beds could be more comfortable. The king/master bed was ok but the other beds can be upgraded. The beach and pool were great! Clean and not over crowded. It was nice that there were beach lounges with coushins infront of the property. We had some great naps on the beach. We saw dolphins every day and great sunsets. I was impressed with how quickly the maintenance guy repaired the hose valve to clean your feet. The grill area and Weber grills were a nice cooking alternative. Overall Plumline Management did a great job. The condo was a value and the beaches are peasefull and clean.
