A Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 311 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front CORNER vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 311 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 311 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower.
